I have been very pleased with their work and diligence. I have been treated well and never let down in the years I have been working with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

This management company has improved the actual value of the home and the rental value. They take great care of the place and keep rental in line with the area, which is great for me be cause they maximize the income that the rental generates.

I called them to get something fixed yesterday morning and they were able to take care of it today, great!

This is the first time in 18 years that we have had to use a real estate agent. Not knowing what to expect, we couldnt be more satified with Alisha Sill. Having deaf parents really made this experience a tough job. Not to mention she was handling three different transactions. Anyone looking for an honest, kind, professional, skilled agent. Don't list your property with this company. They have no background check for potential tenants like they say and poor communication skills. Once they have you sign the management contract, you're just a bother when you contact them. Tenants beware, they charge extra fees for many, many things. Read the fine print and then go with another company!

This company will scam you out of every cent of your deposit. I had my house professionally cleaned every two weeks while I rented and paid $500.00 to have it cleaned when I moved out. I received $175.00 back from my $1995.00 deposit. I was charged for things that were never fixed the first time around and for basic maintenance on the house. I was also charged $370.00 for new paint on a room that I did not paint in the first place (the room was never lived in). They also charged me $500.00 for carpet cleaning that never took place.
