Provided by YP.comBoulder has some really sketchy management companies. Fowler is not one of them. They are fair and pretty dependable. I would recommend.

Provided by YP.comI moved to boulder from the east coast and I rented from Fowler for 2 years. They are a fair management company. Good maintenance department. I love Sharon!

The apartments that Fowler manages are pieces of crap. Fowler does not keep up with maintenance and does not have them cleaned properly before you move in. If you complain about repairs they ignore you. They don't return your deposits. Ryan (the manager of Fowler) has, in my opinion, some kind of social disorder as he avoids talking to people or looking them in their eyes when you want to discuss anything. I agree with the other reviewers...STAY AWAY from this organization.

Fowler Property Management is known for not returning the security deposit. They will send it late, overcharge you for anything they think they can get away with hoping you won't notice, or just not give you any of your deposit. Don't let them get away with this. Don't let them take advantage of you.

They "lost" my son's rent payment back in Jan and tried to charge a late fee. Then after I sent another check they "found" the first one. Now today they towed my son's car which will cost $250 to get back even though he paid for the parking permit (which they acknowledged receiving) back in Sept. Ryan "the head guru" is never available for calls, won't return messages left on voice mail and "doesn't have a cell phone." The office staff is rude. The only rental company/person that could be worse is Matt Binger with Smart Choice. Stay away.

Manager never pay attention to any repair/s. If they do, it's after you call the head office. The water leakage coming from the bathroom from the second floor took them a year to check until we left and moved out but never repair at all. They accept all the Hispanic people because the manager is Hispanic also.
