I have had ECM for at least 15 years or longer, and I have been totally satisfied with your employees and your products, which include two AC units, a hot water heater, and many, many perfect repair calls over the years. I have been an advocate for ECM many times, and often wonder if those who complain may have dialed the wrong number.

I have had a Service Contract with ECM for over 15 years and 2 homes. Their Contract prices are very competitive and usually lower then their smaller Competitors. They arrive on time and have fixed everything and anything correctly the (first) time, every time. Recently switched over and had a new Central A/C system replaced avoiding the old R22 Freon crisis. Had 4 other quotes and ECM was the the least expensive using the same identical Lennox equipment and had a flawless quick, professional installation completed in less then half a day!

I recently signed up with ECM. Within a week, I needed a new central air conditioning system and I was very satisfied with the price as well as the fast service I received. The new system was installed in less than 24 hours! I also have to comment on how professional and friendly the workmen were. It was a pleasure to have them in my home!

I have been with ECM for 5 years and may be their most satisfied customer ever. Each staff member from telephone support to technician has been responsive, professional, competent and just plain honest. Last year I upgraded all my appliances and the salesman strongly urged me to take out an extended warranty because "ECM won't repair the expensive stuff". Not only was this a complete lie but I recently had a repair done which more than paid for my yearly ECM contract. Special thanks to ECM contract sales for that one. Two years ago I replaced a failed 10 year old "builders special" air conditioner with one recommended by ECM. From start to finish the job was flawless, and when you save money on the FLP bill while being so much more comfortable, well it is all good. The few times that ECM has been out for plumbing repairs or to fix an appliance the technicians have been remarkably competent, honest, and a pleasure to have in the house. Either I am the luckiest customer or they are just that darn good. I would bet on the latter and like the doctor says, "I would recommend them for my mother".

I have been with ECM for ten years: The technicians have always arrived within the time frame; the repair work (refrigerator; electric socket; in-sink garbage disposal; dishwasher) has been completed competently.

Three weeks ago, I had an A/C installed, The two technicians arrived at 9AM, and spent the next six hours putting in a new concrete slab, installing the two pieces of equipment, and testing both heating and cooling. I know they did a good job b/c the FPL inspector came a week later, examined inside and out, and said, "All OK."

ECM replaced my air conditioner unit and I am very satisfied with the 2 installers as they were very efficient and very clean. I was very pleased with the service from ECM. When the air conditioner serviceman came for my yearly tuneup he was not able to fix it due to mold in the machine. Not happy to have to replace my AC unit and coolant line; but, ECM did a great job making the process bearable. Very quick response; very fair price; and quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. Installation Techs were the best...customizing location of the coolant line for esthetics. Everyone showed up on time or early; excellent job cleaning up the worksite; no surprises....highly recommend them.

We had a system in the villa we bought in Delray that was 6 years old, the elderly man that we purchased it from never serviced it. We moved in last June, and after 8 months of dissatisfaction we made a call on Monday to ECM. The best call I ever made. Yesterday , Wednesday, we had a new 3 ton Rheem installed and now have piece of mind. Our technician were professional, neat, and I am their biggest fan. Thank you ECM, not only for speediness, but for hiring the best!

Our air conditioner broke suddenly in our rental property. ECM came out the next day, on a Sunday to look at it. We had a new system in our condo by Tuesday afternoon. They were courteous, competitive with the price, and worked with our tenants to coordinate the work.

ECM Delivered on Its promise!!!. The experience was Incredible and I would recommend ECM to all my family and friends. From the beginning the receptionist that made the appointment to the sales person Scott B and to the Installers Moises and Jean it was all smooth. Scott B gave us the overview of the XC25 Lennox was very thorough and was able to explain the unit the process and we felt very comfortable with Scott. Moises and Jean on task with the Installation, they arrived on scheduled time and they explained the installation process WoW!! ECM should be so lucky to have such caliber of employees.

At the end we now have our XC25 unit and air handler are amazingly quiet and efficient just as Scott B described. Kudos to Mr. Ramirez the Owner of ECM that takes pride in ensuring that his employees understand the power of Delivering Extra ordinary Customer Care. At the end of the day ECM is the company to go with they deliver on their promise.
