I ❤️ Kickboxing is amazing! I never liked to workout but they make it really fun and exciting. It’s never the same routines and you don’t get bored. You get to network and meet new people. It’s not intimidating at all. Everyone does their very best to get results and they help you along the way! Plus the PINK gloves are fire!

Ilovekickboxing Boynton Beach is the best workout program I have ever done! I love that each class is different as it encourages me to keep coming back. From the very beginning, the instructors made me feel welcomed and supported me when learning the basic skills. They continue to encourage and push everyone to do their best!

I have been going to classes at ILKB since the were first opened. All the trainers are amazing they keep you motivated to work hard.

ILKB of Boynton Beach Florida is not only a place to workout, it’s a safe and clean place you can come and feel like you are part of the family. From the time you enter with the greeting you get from the great staff, to the motivation they provide you during the class, to the final stretch where the encouragement of the job you did will entice you to come back again and again. As a member since the opening day I can honestly say that ILKB is the best Cardio workout I have ever had and encourage anyone and everyone to get up off the couch and make the hardest move, getting there….once there you will not regret it… Great job to all the staff for the great and motivation you provide day in and day out!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars for ILKB, I would! This is hands down the best kickboxing facility in Boynton Beach. They have an amazing staff, and the owners are lovely, too! They know how to motivate you to keep coming back, and crush your own goals!
