Morgan Campbell was called the day before about a 2012-14 Toyota Sienna.

She counseled us that it was not much more to buy new and gave us the price. We did our research and called back to tell her we wanted to purchase a 2015 as she had recommended. She was precise, congenial, organized, and asked appropriate questions about our "wish list".

She told us when it would be available and we came the next day to purchase.

Morgan is not only excellent, joyful, and thorough, but worked well as a diligent team member

through the purchase process.

After the "business" part her expertise in taking responsibility for the details of introducing us to the workings of the car was with clarity and enthusiasm. A+ for Morgan!
