I worked with John Post and he helped me get approved for a nice car with my bad credit. He gave me awesome customer service I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a decent vehicle with great customer service.

My old vehicle's transmission died with my family in it while towing a small trailer 6 hours away. After getting home, we tried to find a used car online and found a few places a bout an hour away from our house. We thought we'd run in real quick to this dealership just to see what there was. We talked to Sean Howell and he made it worth our while surprisingly enough to buy a new vehicle instead. I was quite amazed at the professionalism and the ease and peace of mind that we are still enjoying with this vehicle. Thanks for the help guys.

I have attempted to have some repairs completed twice for two separate issues. I'll never go back for a 3rd time. The first was an electrical issue and the estimate was almost $500.00. I went to another shop and the same repair done for less than $50.00. There's a big difference between replacing a wiring harness and only really having to replace one of the pins in a connector. The 2nd time was an estimate for a transmission rebuildr. Once again I ended up at another shop, received upgraded parts, better service, an honest explanation of what was needed and a whole lot less money. I've asked the dealership to take me off their calling list for oil changes because I wouldn't even take my lawn mower to them for an oil change. Once again, I have another great shop for that. There are no three strikes in this game of auto repair.

Great experience buying my new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 at Westhills auto in Bremerton. They had an awesome selection and I did not have to play or endure any dealership games with them. Their entire team was very professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mel Blanton who showed me all their trucks and assisted me throughout the process, would deffiently buy a truck from Mel at Westhills again.

West Hills CJD is by far the BEST dealership that I have ever been to. All of the staff are helpful and professional. Mel Blanton in particular was a tremendous help. He never forced us to make a decision and never rushed us. He was genuinely interested in us getting the vehicle that we wanted and did not try to push a sell on us. I would gladly recommend this dealership to everyone. Make sure you ask for Mel!

I really enjoyed working with all the staff at West Hills CJD. It was the first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership. My sales person, Mel, was amazing. He walked me through everything and broke everything down so even I could understand it. Plus he even worked it out to where I got a DVD player installed in my new vehicle at no cost to me. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hazelwood and I would have to say they do a great job! Frank Jeffers, with the Dodge dealership was wonderful and extremely helpful. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see and did not steer us in the wrong direction. The we had the vehicle purchased a out in the door in just a matter of hours! The guys there at west hills have been great to work with. This is my first review for them but i have purchased several cars from them. The most recent purchase was a 2011 challenger SRT8. They worked with me to get a great value for my trade in and of course a great new car. Thanks a lot guys.

I loved West Hills. We went there last year to see about trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless we had a down payment (understandable).. But they did refer us to a different insurance company which cut our premium in HALF! And helped out incredibly. We saved up some money and went back a few months later. Frank found several cars for us with wonderful safety features! (Seeing that I am pregnant and want to know my family and I are safe.) We now got out of our old financial burden and into a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber that will pay for itself alone in gas savings. Thank you West Hills! We love our new car!

Got a phone call within like 40 minutes of sending them an email expressing my interest in a certain jeep. When i went in, i was immediately intercepted, and within 10 minutes i was driving the jeep around. I just moved to the area and from what people have told me that Westhills is the best there is. I went to Westhills Jeep looking to buy a used car and met Tyson Stanley. Tyson really took care of me. He had answers to any and all questions I had promptly and efficiently while being very proffesional. As I said I am new to the area and Tyson took it upon himself to let me know about local things to do and I really appreciated that. If anyone has any doubts about where to buy their next car than this is the place to go. Best place you could go!

Your salesman Frank Jeffers was most informative And hen pointed out all the pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at . he also drove one of my vehicles back home for me so that I would not have to go home find someone to take back to the dealer and ttthen drive back home wondering on which one to put in car port.

West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge is by far the best experience I've had when buying a car. Salesman Freddy Goret went above and beyond the meaning of customer service. He insured that we got into the car that we wanted, not the one that they wanted to sell. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from the West Hills autoplex, and it gets better everytime!
