Provided by YP.comI recently traded in my 2006 Kia Sorento and bought a 2016 Kia Sportage. Will the salesperson was great! He took the extra time to show me all the new upgrades and technology since 2006. Even after I left the dealership when I had a few additional questions he was very helpful in answering them. I actually found this vehicle on Crowley's website. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't shown to me initially. The one that was shown to me was $2,500 more expensive which I couldn't afford. The sales manager was very personable and funny at times but I felt pressured that he was trying to steer me into a lease. I have never done a lease in my life. After taking the time to do my homework on leasing, I knew it wasn't for me. Even after I told him I had changed my mind he said "I don't know why you wouldn't want to do it, it is a good deal". Maybe for the dealership but not me. He needs to defer to the customer's needs and not the company's profits. I want to add that the service department is great. I have dealt with them for 10+ years on my prior vehicle. Scott who is the service manager is great and honest. Overall I am very happy with the vehicle I choose and plan to have it a very long time.

Provided by YP.comWork was done thoroughly and efficiently. Took my 2017 Forte in for scheduled oil change. Service manager alerted me to two recall notices and these were addressed as well. All personnel were cordial and professional.

Provided by YP.comThe Crowley Kia has the top of the line employees in their business. When ever I have returned to have work done on my vehicle I do feel like a king!! From the first moment to the last second when I leave they have treat me with complete respect and understanding. The two men, Dan and Brian, who receive you and process the vehicle to be passed on to the mechanics are by far TOP OF THE LINE EMPLOYEES!!! They will and have treated me in a positive and friendly way. They will listen to every word you say and will always do your paper work quickly and make it so the mechanic gets it ASAP!! The will answer any question you have and if they don’t know the answer they will get the answer as quick as they can. They have even helped me find a place to practice my very needed golf abilities in the off season. They will speak to you like a friend and will even laugh at all my bad jokes!! I cannot forget to mention how lucky I have been to receive the same mechanic the last three times I have been there (oil change/tune up, tire problem and a technical problem). The mechanic Rusty was a very kind man who took care of the care of my car in a positive way and never have tried to add on parts or labor that was not needed. Each time my car was purring when he completed the work needed done. From the time that I bought my car three years ago to today Crowley Kia has been the best automotive company that I have ever dealt with. These guys who I have come in contact with have made it enjoyable and very easy to deal with!!

Provided by YP.comUpon arrival, I was greeted by an employee who directed me to the garage for easier access to the Service Department. I was enthused on how friendly the Tech. Team was when I entered and immediately shown to the counter to sign my work order. I was offered snacks and coffee and proceeded to the waiting area. The waiting area has a TV and WiFi for the customers. When my vehicle was done, the work was reviewed with me and he even offered to back out my car. Don't be hesitant to ask any questions because you are not rushed.
Crowley Kia should be very proud of their team.

Provided by YP.comI’m not very happy cause I got a car from them and had it for a month and the transmission went on the car and was stuck in New Britain for 3 hours waiting for a tow truck. I just don’t understand how their mechanics can over look a bad transmission like that and think it’s okay to still sell the car. I already had a bad experience with one dealership already and I hope this place ain’t gonna be the same

Provided by YPmobileTried to sell me a spare tire for $500 ($100 on their website), told me $1000 nonrefundable deposit was required, got mouthy when I tried to check out other dealers. Even if they give you a decent price (which I did not get) go to a dealer that's BBB accredited, these guys are crooks and will probably try to work you over on service too. I tell every single person I know interested in buying a Kia to avoid this place and the major headache. Ryan the manager and Kalani the internet sales manager will take advantage anyway they can.

Provided by YP.comThe most DISHONEST and CROOKED car dealership I have ever experienced. They refused to refund my deposit despite the fact that their sales manager Ryan Lanza said the deposit was refundable. Also additional sales manager Tom said check was being mailed. Only for weeks later to hear from sales manager Mike that they are going back on their word and are refusing to send me my deposit. They are very dishonest. If you would like to give money away... go to these people. They don't honor anything they say. In fact they will take your money and ignore your phone calls. I hope to save someone else hassle, time and money.
