We had a very positive experience in this purchase. Tony was not pushy and listened to what we were looking fun. Brendan in finance was also great. Our most pleasureable experience purchasing a car. Buying our truck here 14 months ago and I see much improvement.

My husband and I were very doubtful that we would be able to receive financing due to our poor credit history. I was dreading having to fill out the application and discuss our situation. Tony Machado immediately put us at ease with his down to earth persona and optimistic personality. What could have been an uncomfortable experience turned into a pleasant one. Lou Carvalho worked his magic and found financing as well as a payment that we could easily afford. We were stunned that we were able to drive out with our new car within a very short period of time. The service was tremendous and I would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family... in fact we already have !

I went into the dealership because of a meeting with Courtesy at a YYCC car meet and an add on the website for a Ford 500. I met Tony who test drove the car with me and set me up to process the financing. As with any purchase there are bumps in the road but Tony and Lou worked very hard to help me find A Ford that I loved and that was new enough for the financing company to approve. Along the way Tony was telling jokes and finding the humor in it all. The approval process was very quick, they have great contacts with the banks to get you approved in record time. The longest part of the whole process was the paperwork piece with the business manager. But he is a great guy too that is very personable and friendly. I would recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone looking for a great Ford with wonderful service. They have other cars too.

well I had already purchased my ford mustang from Courtesy Ford Brooklyn Ct. when I got an email saying they needed some financial information from me they had neglected to obtain when I had bought the car. I told them i'd get these financial documents to them in a few days. well that wasn"t soon enough for them. I got another email from MIKE DOCOUTO (finance manager) demanding I get these docs to them by 11/16/13 or he would report my vehicle as stolen and have me arrested!!!!! I went to courtesy and asked for MIKE DOCOUTO. he confronted me by yelling at me and swearing at me after I told him i didn't like being threatened. LOU CARVALHO (general manager) heard what was going on came over and also started yelling and swearing at me for demanding an apology for that threatening email. I left the building without any satisfaction. obviously both these men are totally unprofessional and I regret having purchased my vehicle at COURTESY FORD in Brooklyn, Ct.
