Just sold my 1992 Buick Regal to Cash for Junk Cars. I submitted an email in the morning spoke to a sales person later in the day who got my information and quoted me a no hassle price I thought was very fair for my car and more than another company offered me without even seeing the car. I asked about cost for picking up the car and was told they never charge for picking up vehicles. We agreed on the price and he said he would forward my number to a pick up driver and gave his name so he could call me to schedule the pick up. The next morning the driver called and arrived when he said he would with got paid, we exchanged the paperwork and he was gone in about 5 minutes took longer to find the business than it did to close the deal and should I need this type of service again I will be calling them again. Very easy, simple process. My car was towed 2 hours after I called the company. Definitely would recommend. Others may want to call around if they are looking for a higher price to be paid for their car but I was just looking to get mine out of my driveway.

Not much good to say. In the end the only truthful thing they did was give a check in the amount that was agreed upon. They lied numerous times about the time & date of pickup. Constantly blaming it on the tow company or the weather, which was not a factor in any way. After taking 3 different days off work to meet the tow driver. Only after I demanded to speak to a supervisor did something happen, even then we had to wait 7 hours past last time that they made a schedule to pick up the car. My overall review is they are extremely unprofessional and lie when there caught. Unless you have a lot of time and patience don't use this company for anything.

Quick and easy. Everyone over the phone was super helpful. The one beef that I did have is that they quoted me one price and when I called back they said the best price they could give me for my car was a cheaper price. Besides that it was an overall positive experience.

Great response, fast service. Totally satisfied, except, i was told i would get actual cash over the phone. When the tow truck came, also excellent service, i was given a check. Check cleared and everything is good.

I can understand that the tow company does not want their drivers carrying cash.

Junk-A-Car had very polite and helpful phone representatives as well as a friendly tow truck driver. They responded to my initial inquiry within 12 hours! After doing some research on the worth of my vehicle, Junk-A-Car gave me the same, if not more, cash as other vehicle salvage companies. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Junk-A-Car and would recommend it to my friends if they ever need to have their old, broke-down-palace of a vehicle hauled away.

Quick, easy, and stress-free way to get rid of a junk car... Called for a quote on Friday, car was gone by Sunday. Tow truck driver arrived exactly at his appointed time, gave me a check, and had the car out of my driveway in minutes! All that was left for me to do was turn in my plates and cancel insurance.

Very easy to do. Called on Friday and car got picked-up Monday. Gave more than two other companies I got a quote from. Would use them again. Tow truck driver very courtious. Picked-up car and gave me a check on the spot.

This area (Albuquerque, NM) is swimming with "Buy Junk Cars" outlets, but none match Rusty's in promptness, clarity and results. Every promised contact and scheduled activity was met with room to spare. The process of exchanging information, even with multiple stages and agents, was clear and concise. And the check practically cashed itself! I'm still pinching myself to confirm how well this company distanced itself from the competition.

Alan from Rusty's Auto Salvage was a pleasure. He made sure I got set up with a local tow company that was prompt, polite and allowed me to explain the situation with my car so that all lines of communication were open. Up until now, getting my car junked had been an absolute nightmare but Alan, Rusty's and the local tow company were all great.

Definitely a quick and easy way to get rid of an unwanted vehicle, and the driver had the check in his hand before I could shake it. There was only one hiccup in the whole process, and that was the scheduled pick-up time. The driver was supposed to arrive between one and four p.m., and call within an hour before actually arriving. What actually happened was that on the day of the removal we were awakened by our doorbell at 6:45 a.m. in the morning. After dragging my half asleep and disabled body to the front door, I saw a young gentleman donning a clipboard, standing about fifteen feet away from the door (he had probably backed up as a result of our dogs viciously barking). I assumed it was one of the local college students canvasing the neighborhood for work again, and just crawled back into bed. It was too early and I was too groggy to make the connection. At 6:50 a.m. the phone rang, but it went to voicemail before I could stagger to the phone. After checking the caller ID, which just read “1-800 Service”, and returning the handset to the base, I caught a glimpse through the living room window of a truck cab. It had a sign on the side which ironically read “Where to Go” on it. After closer examination I realized that it was a flatbed and the towing service to make the vehicle pick-up. The driver was very courteous and polite, but no explanation or apology was given for the unorthodox timing. I can only assume the driver was making the pick-up during his daily commute to the salvage yard, which was located some sixty miles away… or something like that. Despite the early morning interruption, I was glad to get rid of the car early and that I didn’t have to wait by the phone all afternoon. I would not let this experience detour me from using this service again in the future.

So I had a overall good experience although they timing were off lol. I was a little mad this morning until the towing man show up this morning after coming to my house to pick my car up since last Thursday. The customer service rep people We're all nice and understanding. They are very loyal to there company and work. The towing man was nice also. Thanks Rusty for taking my car off my hands!!

This service was wonderful!! I called Tuesday and by the time they dealt with all of my craziness, lol, they came and picked my car up Thursday afternoon as promised with the money right there! All of the representatives I spoke to from Rusty's to the towing company were all so helpful and nice! (I'm big on customer service because I work in customer service and these days you cant find it!) But!!!! If I had any more cars, I would definitely use Rusty's!
