Rusty's Auto Salvage/Junk A Car made it incredibly easy for me to sell them my disabled car. After visiting their website & filling out an email requesting a quote, they called me the very next morning. When I did decide to definitely sell it to them, they arranged for a local tow truck the next day. They also advised me on how to write a Bill of Sale, which they excepted along with the registration in place of the title I had lost. The tow operator was polite & fast & handed me the check before he even touched the car. They hooked it up, drove it away, and I went to deposit the check right after. They offered me hundreds more than I was able to get if I sold it myself. It was too expensive for me to repair. Now I can buy another car with the money they gave me. I would highly recommend them. Save time researching companies next time you need to sell your car & just call Rusty's Salvage!

I called a few other dealers to have my vehicle removed. Rusty offered the best price by a significant amount. They called me to set-up a convenient time fto pick up the vehicle.I had to work on thePruett day that they wanted to pick up thev vehicle,but they easily worked around that. My go to company if I ever need to get rid of a junk car.

This is a rip off organization. They offered me $200 for a 2012 vehicle in perfect mechanical order. The only issue was that the upholstery was compromised. Local salvage group offered $1800. These people are crooks.

Great customer service, made the process very easy, gave me what I thought was a very fair offer for my '99 Wrangler with no hassles.... I would not hesitate to use them again.

Just about the easiest thing I've ever done! Everyone I talked to on the phone was super polite and friendly. Tow truck showed up right on time. I handed over title and key and he handed me a check and the whole thing took about 2 minutes!

Thank heavens for computers. I was at my wit's end on how to get my car out of a towing company's lot and avoid storage. Searched and found Rusty's Auto Salvage who were extrmely helpful in resolvong my dilemna. Arrange for free towing and set the times and it all worked out great and I got a nice check too. If you need them, use them! They are great!

Have to say my experience was excellent. From the time I arranged for my old car to be picked up to the time they showed up, was only 20 min. I had things to do, so that was great. When pick-up driver showed up, he explained about the paperwork that I needed to sign. And that they would take care of everything with DMV. Although I was expecting CASH, in the long run for liability concerns, I gladly accepted a check for the agreed upon amount. All in all, a pleasant experience, as these things go.

I live in Corona, CA. My son's car got a blow out on the freeway that caused so much damage it was not worth it to repair. I searched online and found this company. There are a LOT of rip-off car buying companies out here in California so I was very leary of handing my car over to people I didn't know anything about with only the promise of giving me a check, but the entire process was easy and they did exactly what they promised. The staff was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I used their service twice, for my husband's car and for mine. My husband's was great, 5 stars. Mine was a bit harder to set up. Due to my flipped schedule I ended up playing phone tag for a week. I asked if we could set everything up via email, but was told it had to be on the phone. Other than that, service was great.

I needed to get rid of my car quickly and the process was very easy. The tow truck driver called me (during the time promised) to let me know he was there and asked if I wanted to get the check from him or have it mailed. It was supposed to be mailed as I didn't know what time the tow truck was coming but I was glad that I got it in hand and the driver had come to pick up my car first thing in the morning.

The process was quick and easy, however i was quoted 220 but only received 150.

Awesome service to deal with. My car died and I was stuck with a carcass in my driveway. I called and got a quote over the phone, two days later the driver came picked up the old jewel and handed me a check. That simple. Sweet!!!!!
