Very pleasant, kept me informed all the time

I am Extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the repair to my vehicle. I would highly recommend Mike’s to anyone needing to get their auto repaired.

Receptionist failed to relay that you do not accept checks until we showed up with a check for the down payment. Then it wasn’t her fault. Was unable to view from customers point of view.

Had one accident two years ago and they met all my expectations and then some Mike Nick and there staff were great. I definitely would recommend them oh wait went back two more times for some custom work and again did not disappoint!!:)

I've dealt with Mike's Auto a few times, they explain everything up front, you get written complete estimate. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great prices and you get your vehicle back quickly! What more could you ask for!

Very professional customer service and top notch body shop

Awesome on the 80%, not so good on the 20%. When my vehicle was ready for pick-up, had to leave it as the headliner and carpet were not re-installed properly, windshield washer not re-connected and rear view mirror not tightened. I'd still recommend them.

Excellent fast, friendly, reasonably cost repairs. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and came out factory new. Very pleased.

Excellent paint match on my wife’s 2000 Mustang, very friendly staff , and they communicated throughout the entire repair

Great and speedy service, And the final result was superb! Mike was very Attentive and we really really are happy with him.

I took my car for body work after an accident. Mike's Auto Body did an excellent job and my car looked like new. The people there were extremely polite and answered all the questions I had. I will recommend them to anyone I know if they need some body work done.

September 13th,
I arrived at Mike’s Autobody to receive an estimate on damage to my daughter’s Chevy Cuz. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, McKenzie who was extremely polite and professional. She was attentive to our needs and called for an adjuster. We then met with Mike who also welcomed us and followed us to our car to look over the damage.
Mike was very detailed and methodical in his assessment and upon completion went over the estimate with us. He assured us the car was in good hands and we would receive the car back in the same appearance as when we bought it in 2015.
Two and a half days later, we received a call that the car was complete. My daughter retrieved the car and was extremely pleased with the repair. She was appreciative of their attention to detail and service. The employees and service at Mike’s Autobody is “second to none.”

This is a first class operation! The building is beautiful and modern, with a great staff. Most of my contact was with Mckenzie at their front desk. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable and insightful. She is a perfect representative of service excellence.

For convenience, Enterprise is on site with a rental car that was available immediately.

My car was repaired timely and looked beautiful when I picked it up. A car crash is a horrible experience no doubt, but Mike's took care of everything.. I would definitely recommend them. I am also going to utilize them for future auto repair needs.
