VERY BAD GROOMING, MY DOG WAS STILL DIRTY WHEN I BROUGHT HIM HOME. TRY DIFFERENT PLACE.

OWNERS STEAL FROM THERE EMPLOYEES, VERY DISHONEST!

One of our Schnauzers is TERRIBLE about getting groomed and the others aren't excited about it either. All the other groomers that we tried wanted to drug the most difficult one and if they did not drug him, he would come home with a terrible cut because they could not keep him calm and still. These guys have no issue with him and even when he gets matted they seem to be able to keep the skirt. All the dogs look great every time. I have recommended them to several of our friends and they are now regular customers too.

We have tried many groomers in the area and were not satisfied with them, not because they didn't do a "perfect job", we don't expect that, our dog is not a show dog, but, they were not very nice and in some cases rude, life is too short to put up with that! We found Dog and Butterfly and are SO glad, they are very nice every time and do a great job on our dog and she is happy when we pick her up! That is all we ask for!

I took my beautiful shitzu puppy in a few weeks ago and he came out a COMPLETE mess. He was itching so bad i had to rebathe him myself because they didnt rinse the soap out all the way, his hair was uneven and he seemed completely terrified when i picked him up. His toe nails were bleeding and got blood on the interior of my car. THe owner didn't seem like she cared for animals as a dog groomer should, super rude shouldn't be in the dog grooming business. Take your pet somewhere else if you want a good loving dog groomer, other wise beware.

I took my small poodle to this place and the owner was completely rude, They completely shaved my dog while they has specific instructions for a trim. The owner was very rude and admitted she didnt know how to groom herself. These people need to learn how to groom and open another occupation obviously! Very Dissatisfied. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE VERY POOR SERVICE AND GROOM JOB!!!!

Dog and Butterfly are the best groomers out there! My dog Tank has a skin disease called Sebaceous Adenitis (it’s not contagious). The disease has destroyed all of his oil glands and therefore he has very dry, scaly, and irritated skin. When I first brought him into the shop I explained his condition and they really expressed concern and wanted to help!! I was surprised because most groomers don’t want to touch him because of his condition. I have been taking him there every 2 weeks for about a year now and I can’t thank them enough. He is now off the steroid medication that he was on and looks terrific thanks to their hard work!! If you want to take your beloved pet to a groomer that truly cares I highly recommend Dog and Butterfly!!

Oh my gosh... we are so sad! Our 11 year old Schnauzer has had his little beard since he was a puppy...That is until today! We took him to Dog and Butterfly where his chart indicates NOT to trim his beard. My husband even reminded them. We picked him up and it is GONE! He is a super cool dog and life will certainly go on. But reasonable minds would agree... this is groomer basics. The really bad thing is that they conferred about it and decided, go for it. ugh. For ELEVEN YEARS groomers have listened... not these guys!Here is the best part.... they offered a free grooming on his next visit. HAHAHA... like we would take our dog back. I guess I can only find peace of mind in the fact they are groomers not surgeons. STRONGLY recommend you consider a different groomer!

I have a 100 pound Old English Sheepdog. Believe me! They are a challenge to trim. My dog loves it there, has always had excellent experiences and he comes home looking awesome!!! As far as 'pricey'?? Wow, I don't know where you had gone before but I actually got a price BREAK here! And my previous groomer was out of her home. I never have to wait, they are always professional, great experience.

Ladies thanks for always taking such good care of you customers. I've been their several times and some of the dog don't even want to go home. They love it there and want to stay. Bella loves ya. Love, The Ellis Family

I have taken both of my Aussie-Border collies here and they always do a great job. The staff is so friendly and remembers their clients names. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. I highly recommend these ladies.

I take my 2 dogs (chihuahua and boston terrier) there once or twice a month and they have always done a very good job and been professional and courteous. In addition, they know the dogs and care about them. So, I have never been disappointed. Sorry to hear someone was not pleased.

Just returned home with our Golden Doodle. Not happy at all. They didn't follow instructions and were very apologetic and admitted that they failed to write the grooming instructions down for the groomer. Nevertheless, we're stuck with a very bad job until it grows out.

We have been going there since they opened and were carry over clients from a previous shop where they worked. We are very happy with the way the care for our dogs.

I took my poodle in to get groomed they knicked him and didnt even tell me the owner was rude when i called back to ask what had happened...I have never been real happy with this place...They dont know how to follow instruction... and not good groomers in general!!!!

I was taking my Yorkies there and was bummed out when I moved. I tried some other groomers and decided it's worth the extra miles to bring them back here. My dogs look great and are always happy when I pick the up. Dog & Butterfly is great with scheduling and are always so pleasant! This is the BEST groomer around!!

I have been taking my 2 Siberian Huskies to Dog and Butterfly for over a year now and have no complaints. They always come out looking great.

Brandi Dodd has been grooming our Yorkies for about 6 months now and we've been very pleased with her work. She is very gentle with our "kids" and they seem to like her as well. We would highly recommend Brandi for your pets' grooming needs.

I took my golden to dog and butterfly they did a great job on him. Some places that I have gone to took all of his feathers off that was not right.. So I will always go to dog and butterfly. They are friendly and my dog looked great. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my shihtzu in to them and they did a great job on him. That is the best he has ever looked. He was happy when I took him home. I love dog and butterfly!!! :)
