We just finished our first rental with Metro RV and could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the experience. We needed an RV for an annual trip and Cheryl was able to beat the price of another place with a much nicer RV. Cheryl was great to deal with. The RV was even nicer than expected and everything worked out great. I will definitely be renting from Metro again next year!

always been very considerate and understanding for my RV rental needs. The RV is always spotless and clean when I pick it up. Fuel, water, batteries and propane is full. The refrigerator is cold. After a quick run-through of the RVs features, I can drive off and pack all my belongings in it. quick to remedy any problem that I encounter. Go Metro RV!!

Yes yes yes! Hell yes. these people know what they're doing. they do it well. they treat people with respect and they get the job done. not only am I so excited about what is going on with our RV I'm really excited and honored to say that they will give a discount to veterans. My family is proud to say that metro RV will be the only place to take care of our house on wheels.

Mark S. January 07, 2014 Excellent Service! I have been an RVer for years. I'm on my 4th unit to date and camp frequently. I found Metro RV years ago after having terrible luck with one of the local Big Box type stores repeatedly. ( I wont mention them by name because I don't want to give them any more publicity) When my gen quit on my way out to Thousand Trails Santa Barbara one weekend, I stopped in without an appointment., The service guy knew which model I had just by looking at it and even knew of a prevalent problem they had with this model. He quoted me an estimate and sure enough he was right. They replaced the part, were under budget and had the part in stock!! I cant tell you how many times my rig sat in the Big Box place for weeks or months for something stupid. Anyway, I was very happy and made my trip. When I had a chance encounter with a guide post at a local gas station, I took the rig down to them for repair and again, the work was under estimate and excellent! I have had my black tank repaired, my a/c, had a new awning installed and each time the work was great. I personally have had no problems with them outside an occasional brief parts delay which comes with having an older unit and never weeks or moths. I would and do recommend them to my friends and people I meet along the way..excellent consistent work! (As a side note, my neighbors rent units from them to go with us to Santa Barbara from time to time and always have good luck. Aside from an occasional burnt out bulb or something simple, the units are clean and have all the goodies. I guess their (Metro's) units are privately owned and not the stripped down models I see out there sometimes that look like giant billboards... I personally would never drive what looks like a giant billboard! ha ha! )

It was the easy and fast to sell my rv , i liked the service epecially because he did everything for me . He is very easy to talk to and can understand me . I been trying to sell my rv for months and i couldn't find anyone that wanted it cuz it was too expensive he told me that they had bank an it will only need someone with good gredit and some money down , luckily i found metro RV they were very helpful and SOLD IT for me really quick . Thank you metro rv..

METRO RV IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! BEWARE!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Metro RV!! They almost stole 80,000.00 of our money!!!!! Thank God I found the right legal channal and the right people to leverage them. It took us 6 months, the DA and an investigatory complaint with the DMV to get Metro RV to pay off our loan for our consigned RV that Metro RV sold. I have the contact phone numbers you will need and the investigatory unit contact information if you need to get your money out of them too. A legal case is being built against these guys. We need to share info and help each other out. There are many complaints about them we should have read BEFORE we did business with them. Do not deal with this business !!!!!!!! BEWARE

Dealing with Metro RV has been the worst expeience I have ever been through. We are still waiting for our motorhome to be paid off which they sold 3 months ago. It has been a nightmare that I do not wish on anyone. Thay do not return calls. The lying that Lynn Kraft , Reberto, Ray,and the rest of the staff put yopu through is unbelievable. How a business like this has not been shut down, I do not understand. Please, please do not deal with them, they area bunch of crooks.

bad service

i purchased a coach from metro rv five months ago and it took them five months to pay off my trade in and that is because i called them every month to find out when the pay off was going to be and to this day i still have problems with the lemon coach i bough from them. Do not use metro rv unless you want a bad experience because once you sign at the dotted line it becomes your problem.

Do NOT go here for repairs

Anyone who takes their RV to this location should be warned- the service is very, very mixed but mostly on the horrible side. Your rig may be there for weeks with no one bothering to work on it unless you call and harass them. Worse off, when our rig was there the gas was siphoned out of all of our gas tanks (locks were tampered with).
