I had never used these guys before so I was impressed with them. The car was spacious and clean and the trunk could accommodate all my bags. In short the service was stress-free and the driver was professional.

This place SUCKS!!!!!. Very Rude. They discriminated against me and didn't want to pick up my friend!!!!!! I will report this company for discrimination. Dispatch person hung up on me !!!!!!!

Cab driver double swiped my card, charging me $70 for a ride to the airport. This company deserves to go out of business, use Lyft or Uber instead.

Terrbile customer service. Always rude when I call them.

Just got out of an Ambassador Brattle cab at 4:30 am at Logan Airport. The driver rode from Cambridge to the airport with both the driver side windows down which I thought was strange but the air wasn't too cool so I didn't say anything. When I got out of the cab I suddenly realized my pants were entirely wet from where I had been sitting in the cab which explains why there was a seat cover over the back seat of the cab which was obviously wet and he was driving with the windows down to dry out. Now I am sitting here with wet pants. I called and made a complaint for whatever that is worth.

They are very rude and nosy. They also totally ripped me off. They first check which route you want to take to check your knowledge of the area. I've taken cabs before for the same distance and they charged me 1.5x more! I was too tired to answer his question so I told him to take the cheapest route and still ended up being ripped off!

They are always on time and very friendly. They do not annoy with loud music and a lot of excess talking

I live in Cambridge and whenever I need a taxi service I don’t hesitate to call Ambassadors because they are quick and never tell me there is no taxi in my area. They make sure they send one to me! Thank you for the great service.

Their prices are really good for the area! I can usually save a few dollars and they get that in the tip! That saves me from tipping another cab company! Thank you for saving me money in these tough times!

I have been using Ambassador for the past few years, because they are simply the best. It’s usually pretty easy to get a cab and they have a good track record with me of arriving on time. Love their new hybrid cars!

Have only received excellent service from the Yellow Cab drivers, They are always on time and friendly once you are in the car and really do try to get you to your destination as quickly as possible.

This weekend was the first time I used Ambassador Brattle & Yellow Cab and they were excellent both times! The fares are cheaper, drivers are nice, very efficient, arrived on time, and called a minute before the pickup. I am pleased with the experience and I will definitely use them next time!

Go ahead- try finding another taxi service that provides great customer service, professionalism, reliability and affordable prices because it just will not happen! These guys are the best.

I called these guys at the last minute on last Saturday night and they got me a cab within just 20 minutes. It was a short but pleasant ride, very dependable service.

This is our favorite cab company when coming to the city. The drivers are friendly and considerate and the cars are always in excellent condition.

For the first time using a Yellow Cab, I was more than impressed. The cab was very clean, actually smelled great and the driver not only provided us with excellent service but was also entertaining with an interesting conversation.

I cannot remember his name, but the cab driver in number 212 was awesome. He was a few minutes early which got me to my destination a few minutes early. He was pleasant and very nice to chat with as well. I will certainly ask for his number again next time.
