Incredible service from start to finish!! Our downstairs flooded due to a malfunctioning washing machine. The Regal Restoration team got to our house within the hour, extracted the water, took pictures for our insurance company and began the clean up process. They professionally & carefully oversaw the drying process.

The most amazing part for us is they also did the build back of installing wood floor, cabinets, carpet and paint all within the insurance company's pricing and way beyond our expectations. Our house was transformed in the best way possible because of Regal Restoration.

I very recently had water damage at my house. I called a few companies close by where I live but everyone kept saying they were booked and could not help me out. I finally went outside my local area and called Marco. He and his crew were very busy too, we just had a huge storm, however, Marco came in that same night even though it was after 10 pm! He took care of my place, and spent a lot of time explaining to me what needs to be done and why. I was very amazed how smart and knowledgable he is, and how responsive he was. He even came and board my place the next day although that he was sick and could hardly move!! How many people have done that for you? I would recommend Marco in a heartbeat!

I would like to thank you once again for taking such excellent care of us when our household flood occurred. The workmen who came were pleasant and polite, efficient, fast and wasted no time in taking care of their personal assignments. They were neat and orderly and took care of the difficult jobs of demolition and replacement with amazing speed and excellence. At this point, it would be hard to point in any direction and see where restoration had been needed. It was also a pleasure in a job of this size to have someone else handling the negotiations with our insurance carrier, with your input, were extremely helpful in expediting payments for the work done. I would like to compliment the level of expertise in which this company handled a problem for me and my business partner recently. It was a Saturday afternoon and our resident manager of our 18 unit apartment building in Ventura called to say that a water line had burst in the ceiling and flooded the basement apartment in 4 inches of water. There was a lot of damage to personal property but they were able to manage a disastrous situation into something more manageable in record time. They ascertained the source of the problem and fixed the problem. Thereafter the real work ensued. They had to pump out a huge volume of water and then dry out the unit. They were expeditious in their work and compassionate with respect to the resident's situation and loss. They worked will with the insurance claim adjuster and will be finishing up the rebuild this week. I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for disaster remediation.

I've never had to deal with a flooding issue before, so imagine my surprise when I get home from work one day and find myself looking at about an inch of water on my livingroom floor. A friend of mine has had to deal with this issue before, and was raving about this company that had come out to her, same day, very informative and lifted a huge weight off her shoulders. I am very happy to say that this company did exactly that for me! I will recommend Regal Restoration to anyone and everyone in need!

Regal Restoration did a fabulous job coordinating the lab tests, removing, cleaning and reinstalling cabinets and walls. They worked everyday even over the Labor Day week end to finish the job for the new buyers, and at no extra charge for week end work. The workers were friendly and explained the process. We were very pleased with his service and keeping us informed daily. I will use them for any future water damage.

I had some water damage under my kitchen sink that eventually caused mold formation. Not a pretty sight, quite toxic, if left untreated...Danny gave me a fair quote, that was actually under market and had his team perform the job in a timely and professional manner. I have just recently used Regal Restoration for Agoura Hills and was very impressed! A really quick response time which was desperately needed, my AC line busted in the attic and was flooding the ceiling and carpet below. They prompt and professional. Knowledgeable about the specifics and details about mold/bacterial etc that are side effects of these kinds of water damage emergencies, and how to stop them from flourishing. They also connected us with the other related trades for the other aspects of the interior damage. It's nice to connect with a company that you can trust to just take control. From the start Regal was professional and courteous. They listened and kept me informed. They were prompt and even helped me with my insurance company who overlooked some of the initial damage. The entire process took about a week and half and I couldn't be more than happy with my choice of Regal Restoration. They took a bad and stressful situation for me and my family and helped us get through it. I spoke with the owner ****** and I can now see why his staff is the way it is. Guys did a wonderful job, wish first time your sump pump went out we would of had a company that actually know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Regal Restoration! I would compare their service to dealing with a trusted family member. I was dealing with a water infiltration issue which was causing some mold growth behind a basement bedroom wall. In my professional career I have dealt with a number of inspectors, general contractors and specialists and was immediately impressed with Ivan professionalism. Following our discussion of the issue Ivan was able to meet me the next morning to assess the issue, completed testing and provided me with quotes for the work that was necessary. Additionally he walked the remaining areas of the house and gave me homeowner tips on things I could do PERSONALLY to limit future problems. They never tried to sell me on things that weren't necessary, provided me with the facts and were reasonable with their pricing. Regal team was early the day of the job (seems like they are always early) and provided the highest quality work on what they agreed to complete. I would use this company again no questions and highly recommend them.
