Excellent customer service. Very professional and courteous. I had an issue that needed some follow-up in regards to the plumbing company that was in my house. Regal Restoration went above and beyond to pick up the slack where the Plumbing company failed me.

I called Marco at REGAL Restoration and he came down this morning. He checked my exterior and interior house for moisture issues. Found some spots that should be addressed and spend about 30 minutes at the house. He would not take any payment for his time and even recommended another company that might help me with another problem that I have. If and when I need work, I'll hire Marco. He seems like a honest and good guy.

Regal Carpet picked up and delivered my carpet. This was a big help for me since the pick up was at my old house and delivery was at my new residence. The work was done in a very short time, and the cleaning was thorough. They had to move furniture at both "ends" and did so carefully. The workers were really professional Highly recommend them.

Called them after my bathroom drain overflowed. They did a marvelous job with cleaning and fixing the damaged floor. Took care of everything with the insurance company. Thank you so much.... put my faith back in humanity.

I don't usually write reviews, but after a water pipe burst over the weekend in the ceiling of our Burbank retail store.... Danny and his team just did a fabulous job cleaning up in 2 days. Our store is about 2k square feet and the back side carpet was all ruined. Regal showed up and pulled all the carpet and damaged flooring in 1 day. Stayed all night drying the place and new carpet will be installed today. Danny will also be dealing with insurance company for the bill so I don't have to deal with them. Thank You so much Regal. I read about Ido and Regal Restoration on all the great yellow pages reviews he has earned. And I just got off the phone with him, and I heartily agree! I have a home in LA that was built circa 1930. In my bedroom my two clothes closets that were "re-done" by a closet company a year and a half ago have had mildew growing on the back walls. These walls are the interior part of the exterior siding on the building. I described the situation to Ido and he clearly explained that I needed a general contractor to open those walls and insulate them and put the walls back. He told me that in LA especially, and in old homes especially, there was no insulation in the walls and with the heat inside and the cold outside, condensation builds and then mildew grows. I will be calling a contractor to do this.... But I am sorry Ido does not do this kind of work. He was really great!! If I ever have a mold problem again i will call him for sure.

I found out a while back that my new home had mold in it, so I kind of put it off for a while but then the rooms started to smell so I called around and came here, I just had the work done at my house where they removed seriously so much mold it made me sick to my stomach. Thank god its gone now! I can actually sit at home and not smell mildew, its amazing! haha thanks guys great work

Can't believe my house got flooded...I didn't know a broken pipe could do so much damage!!! I found regal restoration online and called them. They sent out 2 technicians right away. one of the technician told me that they need to extract the water right away because the water would cause mold. So I gave them permission and they started working right away.(It was 10pm already) For the next few days, the crew dried up my home and I have to say I am very satisfied with their work. They are super professional, and really patient with all the questions I had. I don't think I will get another water damage ever again (what is the chance I will get 2 water damage right?) But if I do, I will definitely call them again.

They did a really good job. I got five different bids and he was competitive. Another company told me there were too many stains to remove them all and they would have charged double the cost.When he was completed with the work, there weer no stains left in the carpet at all. When I called them, they showed up the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would there. He was very professional about the different aspects and provided me with a estimate for water damage. Overall, they are a good company to work with.

Danny and his team first offered competitive pricing and a complete bid. It's very frustrating to have contractors leave out something that they will add to the charges down the line, and Danny was very clear on all of the details, nothing was left to chance. His employees were professional, courteous, and most of all, did great work! I am an interior designer, so I am very picky, they they definitely met my standards. All environmental standards were met for the mold remediation, and and they were meticulous in their clean up as well.

After coming home Friday after work we discovered a sewage backup that flooded our basement with nasty sewage water. After doing some research and calling multiple companies , we found Regal Restoration were the only company able to get to us within 60 minutes. When we called Regal they were friendly and very professional. Within an hour I had a crew at my house and starting their work. Not only did Regal do their job perfectly but Ray also helped with any insurance questions I had. I recommend Regal to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy company.

While we were remodeling our home and our roof was completely open, there was a big rain storm. Water leaked everywhere. Our attic was soaked. I called Regal Restoration and Danny came to our house right away. He and his crew pulled out all the insulation from our attic and brought in large dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. They returned frequently to check the moisture level and monitor the progress.



Danny is a really great guy. He's professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of helpful information and advice. He works hard and really cares about doing an outstanding job. His rates are very reasonable for the quality of service he provides. Dealing with water damage is no fun, but these are the guys to call if you ever need such services.

Due to flood damage in our home caused by a washing machine, we called Regal Restoration to inspect our home for damage. The came to our home immediately and promptly. They did an AWESOME JOB on the inspection....explained everything that would need to be done. Regal and his assistant were kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about this business.



Unfornately, we were not able to use Regal Restoration due to our insurance company. BUT, TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY, YOU DEFINITELY SHOULD USE Regal Restoration..

When we were back at the office on Monday morning, we discovered that the whole place was soaking wet. It smelled terrible.

Regal Restoration were prompt and gave us instructions on what to do until a technician arrived.

I was out of town and it waited for me when I came back.

I have a very expensive furniture at my store and the staff with Ivan in the head were attentive to them.

They did a wonderful job on my home. We had a broken water heater and it caused major water damage in my first floor and Regal Restoration showed up at my home within 30 minutes. They cleaned everything up and did a great job putting my home back together! It looks beautiful! I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Regal Restoration and Marco in particular saved my property! In an age when it is getting rarer to encounter people who deliver what is expected, Regal Restoration stands out. Unfortunately, in August of 2012 our downstairs has flooded. On Christmas day, when all other companies were closed, Regal Restoration showed up when they promised with the proper equipment. Marco was a joy to work with. He explained everything and then got to work installing blowers and dehumidifiers. He even helped me move heavy furniture so that we could get to the wet areas. Co name made this horrible situation tolerable!

My experience with Regal Restoration was excellent. Danny is professional, reliable and responsive. Danny went above and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of even if it meant coming out to project multiple times to assure my happiness. I would highly recommend Regal Restoration to anyone looking for help with water damage.

I had my Air Duct system cleaned by Regal Restoration last week, and it made a huge difference on the way my house heats up. With their video inspection, they found a couple of loose ducts where the adhesive from the tape had dried up and the warm air was escaping, heating up the attic but not my house, what a waste! They inspected the whole system and tapped all of the ducts that needed it at no extra charge. The technicians were on time, polite, informative and honest.Great Job! Highly Recomended! The fact that they are a big company is a plus.

Regal Restoration was there for us when we had some major water damage in our home in bel air. All their staff, from answering the phone to completing the work, were all very professional but still let us know that they cared about our problem at hand. From detecting to cleaning all the affected areas, they were there from start to finish. Not only did they calm us down during this troubling time, they proved to us that they could fix it and fix it well. I don't think there is a job too big or small for them. I hope never to have a problem like this again, but if we do they will be the first people I call and would be happy to recommend them to any individual or company that may be in our situation.
