My house got flooded due to a water service tube breaking. The water flooded the second floor first floor and basement, it was a disaster. Quality restoration was recommended by my insurance company and I called them. They were at my house within 30 minutes with equipment ready to start work. Mike from quality was great, walk me through what was going to happen next, and was even there when the adjuster from the insurance company came to look at my house. What my friends told me would take about two months, Holly restoration restore my home within a month. Dan from quality was always available. I think that what made a huge difference in my case was that everytime I call Dan, it didn't matter what time, he would always answer my call. That means a lot to me. They took care of absolutely everything in the house and I didn't have to do anything other than juice floor carpet and paint colors. I would recommend them a heartbeat to anyone, I actually did well staying at the hotel well they restored my home. I heard many horror stories from other people in my same circumstances, and I was very glad that I had quality restoration doing the work. Thanks to everyone, Mike, Dan, and the girls answer my calls in the office, all were very attentive and helpful. Great customer service.

Had water damage in my house plumber recommended Mike was at my house within 45 minutes documented everything help me call insurance explained everything they started clean up immediately Project manager Gene met with my insurance representative and helped us with repairs

Very great company came out to rescue me from flooded basement from start to finish everything was explained thoroughly project manager met with my insurance adjuster to go over everything that needs to be done gave me opportunity to use my own contractor very happy and satisfied overall great company highly recommend to use them

Prices are outrageous. Didn't follow up on job timely. Were late to 4 out of five appointments. Office staff is clueless about jobs going on and where field staff is.

We had a garbage disposal that leaked and we didn't notice it right away. By the time we did, water had already leaked through the kitchen floor and through the basement ceiling. It was a complete mess. The plumber came out the next day to fix the garbage disposal and suggested we call Quality Restoration. Tyler was here 30 minutes later to assess the extent of the damage and he even helped us navigate filing an insurance claim. A couple of hours later, Mathew and Tyler were here to tear out wood floors, carpeting, sheetrock ceilings etc. It was a mess, but they were so careful and cleaned up everything when finished. The provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Job well done!

Tyler has come out to my home twice for two different water issues. His response time was excellent on both occasions. He was extremely professional as were the employees sent to set up the fans. They have excellent customer service and are quick to return calls. I highly recommend Tyler and his team.

Roman, Mike and the team at Quality Restoration are absolutely amazing! When the water damage occurred at my home, they handled everything. Their response time, professionalism, attention to detail, & excellent customer service was exactly what I needed in my time of crisis. They explained everything from A to Z and answered all my questions. They were awesome throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them & use them again should the need arise.

This company is amazing. From the beginning when they came in, they gave an amazing service from drying the house to rebuilding the house. Gene did an incredible job coordinating all contractors, I give this company 10 stars and I would recommend it to all of my friends.

The worst experience with a contractor that I have ever had. July 12, they come in and inspect my shower leak. Quickly they assess the situation, remove part of carpet in my bedroom and a portion of drywall in my bath, and begin drying the area with commercial blowers over the coming weekend.

Fast forward to September 2. I fired Quality Restoration last week because NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED since July! Gene would not and could not give me a schedule to begin work. I am absolutely furious with these people. This company sends a fresh new face for each and every "meeting", so you can not establish any kind of client/contractor relationship. When QR did send someone to my home, it was to take more measurements. I finally told them that my home has been measured and estimated to death - you better have someone here in 2 days with a HAMMER and doing some actual WORK or your fired.

As I expected, they failed to begin work.

Redecorating a bathroom is never an easy task. This is especially true when you weren't planning to redecorate but was required after discovering a leak that completely rotted the subfloor. We were fortunate enough to find Gene at Quality Restorations. Gene was a great project manager who treated you like family. In fact, this is a family owned operation and just about everyone treated you like family. Quality Restorations did a wonderful job of coordinating all the workers ranging from tear out and cleanup to paint, carpentry, tiling, glasswork, etc. The job did take time but the results make you forget about the sacrifice. They didn't rush the job and weren't happy until you were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Quality Restoration and will use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experince from first meeting Michael Hampton to the two young men that came to place the fans and dehumidifiers. Very professional. For a day that didn't start our that great my total experience with Quality Restoration was A number one. Would recommend QR to anybody

When I had a pipe burst in the master bathroom which caused water damage in the kitchen below, these guys came out as soon as the plunder called them. The damage was accessed and a team started drying and cleanup process within an hour. Michael was very prompt and professional. The cleanup crew is friendly, clean cut and hardworking. Very pleased with the process thus far.

Stay away from this company. They are not honest they make false promises. They did not do what they said they were going to do.

When my condo flooded out from the unit above QR arrived almost instantly. Mike, Roman and his crew were better than I could ask for. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

Quality Restoration handled my entire water damage claim from start to finish. We had a problem with our ice maker that aused our kitchen to flood and ruin the hardwood floors. Mike and Roman were very quick and handled the situation. From drying out the kitchen, meeting the insurance adjuster and putting everything back together, everything went spectacular! I would recommend Quality Restoration to anyone who may need their services!

This company is an A+ in my book. They are so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and do everything they can assist and resolve in the most efficient manner. The best is that they really care and they try to help you in all ways possible. They are so fair and they will always be my go to. I also refer them to my friends whenever this type of service is in need.

Quality Restoration was on top of their stuff! I had a pipe burst in my basement that caused a major problem, especially since my 84 year old mother lives down there! They arrived 45 minutes after i put my call in. They went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Mike and Roman were extremely helpful in particular and i would recommend this company to anyone out there who may need their services!

After numerous issues, none of which where my responsibility, left my condo in rough shape, I was clueless on what to do. Being a young, single, female having just purchased my first condo 6 months ago, I had no idea how to go about handling the situation. Then by the Grace of God, I was referred to Michael Hampton, with Quality Restoration. He lcame over to my place that evening to provide me with advice, without even the slightest bit of pressure to select his company to complete my needed repairs. Because of his unselfish demeanor, compassion for my situation. , and knowledge of insurance , claims, adjustments , etc I decided to have his company complete my repairs.EVERYONE, from the dry wallers, painters, destruction crew, and project manager Gene, was so friendly, accommodating and worked dilligently. I am so very satisfied with the work completed by Quality Restoration and I passionately recommend them due to their knowledge and honesty.

Quality Restoration is the only company I would recommend. They are extremely efficient and they take pride in their work. I am not an easy person to please as I am a perfectionist. They are very detailed and thorough in everything they do in your house. Once they complete the project- you will feel like you never had a repair!
