I bought my Lexus this past November and the transmission went out. I did purchase an extended warranty that covered replacing the transmission and I just had to pay my deductible plus tax. I initially did not contact Ohio Auto Warehouse about this which later I found out I should have and they could have helped take care of some issues in the beginning process of getting this taken care of. After speaking with Robert he offered to reimburse me for my deductible and tax that was paid once car was fixed. I'm pleased with this and appreciate him offering to do that

I have been looking for a newer car with low miles for a while. I came across Ohio Auto Warehouse online and noticed they had nice cars with decent miles and prices. As soon as I went there, Zach was more than willing to help me. The first car I took out to test drive, I ended up buying. He never hassled or forced me to buy the car like other dealerships do, he made me feel comfortable. When I was sure I wanted the car, we went into the office and shortly later, I was all done and had a new car. Everyone who worked there that I met was so friendly! I could not decide on exactly what I wanted yet. Nick was an amazing person! Very patient and worked well with me!
