They took their time to show me what i was looking for and what options their was for the vehicles. My family loves the suburban we purchased.

My wife and I have been looking for the right vehicle to fit our still growing family. With an idea of what type of vehicle we needed and wanted we set off to the dealerships. After three months of being pushed towards SUVs’ that they thought would work best for us based on price and credit score, rather than family fit and functionality we decided to try a more personal approach. Christine and her team at Ohio Auto Warehouse were like finding a friend that understood. Not only did they find us a vehicle that would work and we wanted, she got us financed with an interest rate and term way better than my own credit union. We are now the proud owners of a GMC Denali XL and I am most happy to write this review. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Ohio Auto Warehouse.

We went just to look at a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. We were greeted by Brian and the van was inside the building for us to look at, we took a 15 minute test drive and 30 minutes we were driving our new van home. This by far was our easiest buying experience we have ever had. Everything that was on the website was exactly the way the vehicle was no B.S. At all just straight up no pressure here is the bottom line. Brian and the rest of the staff were great to deal with, they have the correct way to purchase.

Great price, good transaction, very professional. I would certainly buy from them again. They took time to answer all my questions & treated me fairly. I really enjoyed shopping indoors. The vehicle was exactly as described on line, no surprises or hidden flaws.

We just purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, Zach was so great to work with! The customer service was excellent. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. We didnt have to worry about anything because Zach took care of everything. He was efficient and had everything ready when we needed it. He was very helpful through the entire process. Me and my wife recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Ohio Auto Warhouse. The dealership is casual but very professional. We dealt with Robert he was knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. The dealership had lots of vehicles to look at. After test driving 3, I ended up buying a Mercedes. Financing rates were competitive with the large banks and the paperwork was fast. Much better experience than my wife and I had the last time I bought a car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ohio Auto Warehouse. I drove it home and noticed a big oil leak after letting it sit for a few hours. I called them up and informed them of the leak and they agreed to have one of their mechanics look at it. Their mechanic confirmed the leak and Robert offered to fix my vehicle at no cost to me. It was by no means a cheap fix and my van is oil leak free now. Brian and Robert are honest and trustworthy guys who go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Ohio Auto Warehouse will be the first place I'll check when i buy my next car or truck!

Never did I think id be buying a car to far away for me to see. However, after speaking to them about the vehicle and getting know the way the transaction worked i felt more confident. They went out of their way to send me pictures of anything that caught their eye so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing. When the car arrived, perfect. they even set up the shipping to my house so I didnt have to worry about it. This was better than going to a local dealer. Highly recommended this dealer

I was not really in the market for a vehicle but I thought I would search to see what was out there. I came across an F150 at Ohio Auto Warehouse. I submitted a request to take a test drive late at night and the very next morning I received a phone call. They were very accommodating in setting up a time to work with my schedule. The description of the vehicle was spot on. When I arrived to take the test drive I instantly fell in love with the truck. The buying process was painless and I picked the vehicle up the very next day. You guys rock!!

On my 2009 fusion and they stepped up and took care of the small details that I had about the car. The group of guys as a whole was very sown to earth and not the typical pushy salesmen that you get at those other car lots. They even were doing battle with the lender to take care of me better. I just bought a 2008 Cadillac EXT truck over the Internet from this dealership, and it was a multi-factorial VERY POSITIVE experience. I'm so glad I did. Brian Long was a pleasure to deal with. Here's why: 1- Detailed online information and photographs really helped me decide that this was exactly the truck I was looking for. Carfax was available for verification. The truck had had all 4 wheel rims replaced and also brand new larger 22 inch tires, which were an upgrade. 2- Brian volunteered information of a few minor few areas of paint defects on the vehicle and seat wear. He emailed me pictures, so there would be no surprises. I asked Brian to have his body shop correct those defects, and I would cover the paint repair at their cost, much less than it would cost me elsewhere.
