My husband and I were new to the area and were experiencing some troubles with our jeep. Because of all of the wonderful ratings and reviews we decided to use them. The mechanic rebuilt our transmission and charged us $2,400.00. We got our jeep back and it was making noise it hadn't before we brought it in, told us it was our new starter, we replaced it, still the sound. We took it in AGAIN, the mechanic didn't put the transmission together correctly. They fixed it but our vehicle still had the same problems as when we originally took it there. We took it in a 3rd time, MIKE "fixed it" and gave it back, we had to bring it in a FORTH time because the problem persisted. Since he didn't fix our car we asked for our money back. His reply: I don't refund, you could take me to court but I will win. If he fixes the problem he will charge us for the work it took to fix it AND for the unnessesary repair of our transmission. Now we are out $2,400.00 AND a working vehicle. Not only that but

I jumped the gun and wrote a bad review and I didn't give MIKE a chance to make things right.......which he did. I am sorry and I will make it up to MODERN AUTO AIR by being a loyal customer from here on out. We all get a little hot under the collar sometimes......ONCE again ...I am sorry MIKE. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Mike does such good work and he is always less than the dealer. I have been going to his shop for 15 years and never once has he let me down.

Usually I cant be bothered with stuff like this but I was impressed with the entire operation and they did what they said would do and I didn't spend nearly as much as I thought I would. Good people... I will keep going back.

I brougt my mercedes to MODERN and was expecting a pricey repair however to my surprise my car was fixed in under one hour and cost less than 150 dollars. The owner was friendly and straight forward.

Modern Auto Air asked me to write a review for them. 4 months ago I got a good price on a 99 Ford F-150 Transmission 4X4 $1600. It's been in my truck now for 4 months and no problems. Service took two days, I thought it could of been quicker but to be fair they were busy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike at Modern air asked me to write a review. I had done business with them before, quick, honest, always up front. I was having my air conditioning worked on and I knew I also had a transmission leak they fixed the leak and power flushed the transmission. My gas mileage went up my transmission has never run smother plus peace of mind. Well worth the price plus since they just got the new power flush machine they fixed the leak for free! How about that. There you go Mike, I would recommend Modern air to anybody.

I took my vehicle for them to check out what was wrong with the A/c. I waited about 35 min till the guy looks at it. Oh is the blower motor resistor that will be $130.00. I told him I will get back with him. I told my husband. We took it back with my husband. I explained to him that my husband had changed a part that was underneath the dash. He said that was not the part. He seemed like frustrated and did not give a written stimate. I tookit there because I was refered to them by the store in fort myers. He over billed on a part that cost $13 to maybe maximum $30 but average cost $22, the total cost they charge was $130.00 for something that was to go underneath the dash in plug it in. Michael at the store said that this was a part going through the hood. He just came up with lies and trying to make his point logical. Do not take it there if you do not want to be reapt off.
