I love the parker house. Chris lally is awesome. He does everything I need done when I need it. I recommended everybody to rent. This place is quiet and great to live at. The Hilton house apartments is kid friendly and pet friendly. Never had problems while I live here.. Thank you the parker house properties for being there!!!!

I have lived with Parker House for 2 years and I'm very happy with the apartment. Parker House has been very positive with communication and provides a great living environment. The staff is very nice and will treat you like family. Anna in the front office is so inviting and very cheerful. Chris Lally is supportive, very business casual, and he gets a job done when needed. Colleen is very helpful and will bend over back wars to help. Lisa the newest member to the team she is great with people, and is great with getting the paper work all ready for move in. Im very happy to be part of the Parker House Family.

I have rented from Parker House (Chris Lally) for almost 4 years. Chris has done everything I've ever asked. I needed work done around my apartment and it was done. I seen everyone else saying terrible things about him. I never, in the last 4 years, have ever had a bad experience with him. He has done a lot for me and was lenient and understood when I didn't have all of my rent. He worked with me every time I needed it. In my defense, it was very often as I am a responsible adult. I would recommend Parker House to everyone. Everyone, from the office personnel to the "handy man" and even Chris have always been fantastic to me. I have rented 2 properties from them in the last 6 years and with both properties I received a portion, if not all, of my deposit. Just recently I had to move out with short notice as I am in the process of buying a house. My closing got pushed back and instead of staying at the apartment, knowing I didn't/wouldn't have all the money for rent, moved out with only a few days notice. I still received a portion of my deposit back. Chris is fantastic!!!

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.....the name alone is familiar to many people in Ft Myers and Cape Coral who know only too well of their slumlord reputation.
I rented a home from them for $1,100.00 a month. The garage door was falling down, the ceiling had a huge hole and leak, roach and flea infested etc and was told before I moved in that it would be taken care of. Well it never was.....even the owners employees informed me he (Chris Lally) never stands behind his word. He speaks abruptly and rudely to everyone. And when asking when things will be done the response he gives you is "MOVE OUT THEN". I understand being a raging alcoholic takes alot of work and leaves no time to handle real business.....Karma will get him eventually.....you just dont treat people the way he does and it be okay.

They are an awful rental property management..they will keep youre deposit most likely. It doesnt matter what condition you leave your apartment in... they will keep your deposit...

I've been renting from this so called apartment manager Chris Lally at Parker House South apartments and this so called man is trying to evict me when I stopped paying rent because for the last 4 months he has promised me he would have an electrician come and fix the breaker for my stove that I can't use to cook on for my son not to mention his excuses are always my rent is never paid and in reality it is I've only stopped paying this month because I'm tired of excuses also he promised for a month to get me a refrigerator and so all my food went bad which was about 400.00 and didn't care and made my son and I go with out air for 2 months in the dead of summer while he sits in a 300 thousand dollar house with all his needs met he demeans u and is vulgar,cusses and propositions young women to sleep with him to pay their rent what a disgusting piece of crap I would rather live in a tent in the woods then ever rent for these ppl ever again ppl think think twice before u rent from these ppl there's a reason they r cheap to rent from I don't want to even give one star but they r making me

This rental angeny is down right terrible and nasty. I have rented from them a total of three places in three years. If they weren't so cheap and I had another option I wouldn't have been here. Chris the manager is the nastiest, rudest, most disrespectful, uncaring, slum lord I have ever met. I was never behind always caught up have every receipt for the last 3 years...and continually told him how my toilets weren't working and neither was my air. And for months he ignored the issues. My tubs, sinks, drains, all over flowed in my house and was that way for three days before it took another decent employee to tell the manager (Chris) that the health department called even though they didn't but as soon as he thought the health department was on him that day he had my septic pumped. But the problem remained with the toilets and air and I continued to tell him that it was messed up... Finally last month I demand him to fix it or I'm taking legal action. He told me he would no longer accept my rent and told me to leave "his" house. Before he got an eviction he came to my house and screwed both my front and back doors shut through my metal door into the door frame while I was not home. I called the police they said its a civil matter and left . The next day he came by and tried throwing my children's toys away because it was "his" yard. Yet again had to call the police. The next day he paid for the quickest eviction. I got served yesterday Nov. 17 and have go be out with in 5 days. I have 2 children and pregnant. And since I have gotten my eviction he has come by everyday and harassed me. Cops just keep telling me its a civil issue and they leave. Its simple. If you DONT want to live in nasty, bug infested,uninhabitable conditions DONT RENT FROM PARKER HOUSE PROPERTIES. they are doing a name change to Belmont properties so Dont rent from them either.

Rental manager just awful individual!! Very rude and brusque! !Very quick to judge and accuse people of dishonesty.. Properties are not fit livingconditions. .dangerous even

Not only are the apartments unbelievably dirty, which I can deal with, dirt can be cleaned with a lot of hard work, but they are not suited for occupation. One day beforewe were supposed to move in, there were still exposed wires, the hot water heater was not hooked into the water, there was not a functioning shower, and no thresholds for the carpet. When this was brought to the attention of the landlord, Chris Lally, he offered us, two unlicensed college students, do the work for a discounted month's rent. When we said that that was unsatisfactory, he offered to get "four guys" to come down at 5:00pm Friday night, and that it be ready by 9:00am Saturday morning. When asked if they were licensed, we were ptold "I know people". When we asked for our full refund, we were told to leave, and threatened with the police.



To make a long story even longer, please if you like to live in a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment, don't rent from these people. However, if you like headaches, nausea, and a giant pain in you rear end, then go right ahead. Who knows maybe you well get lucky, as for me, I will never deal with these people ever again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
