I loved the service I got here

This was the best sales experience ever.

Stopped by to ask if I needed an appointment to re program my on board computer. The service advisor,Mike, said "where is your car"? I pointed to the lot and he said "bring it over, we can do it now". Great surprise and he couldn't have been more accommodating.

Just leased a 2014 Flex last night. This is our 2nd car from KGC personally, and the 5th or 6th by family members over the last few years. Each experience has been outstanding. We knew what we wanted, called ahead, and the car was waiting for us up front when we arrived. Noor showed us the features of the car, explained some things we did not know about it, and we were off to the finance department. Since it is a lease there wasn't much hassling over price. Ramy Ghabour in finance couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained all of our options, # of years, miles, etc. We were in and out in under 2 hours which is always a bonus. By the way, we drive down from Orange County since our experience here has always been great.

This was a pleasant buying experience. The buyer incentives, rebates and interest reate all contributed to a good deal. Have purchased approx. 10 vehicles from Ken Grody Ford over the past 16-18 years.

Very helpful, Aaron was knowledgable about the mustang and was very courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Aaron for future customers. Kevin was very accomodating in helping get the right price for my budget. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend my friends who love mustangs as much as I do.

THE FINANCING PROCESS WAS REALLY EASY AND WE WERE ONLY AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR ABOUT AN HOUR TOTAL. THEY EVEN FILLED UP THE TANK ! SWEET CAR AND SUPER AFFORDABLE.
