I have a range that is under warranty and it doesn't work. I have waited all day twice for parts to be replaced, but it still doesn't work. I have to wait for parts for a third time and spend a third day waiting for a repairman. If you want to make the customer happy, you would have replaced the range rather than using refurbished parts sent by the manufacturer that don't work. The repairman today spent quite a long time on the phone with someone in Texas who helped him, but it doesn't work and I have to wait for another part. In the meantime, what am I supposed to use to cook dinner? Do NOT buy appliances at Sears.

Very disappointed with Sears Repair Service. This was the 3rd repair man out for the same reason. The 1st guy came and could only diagnose and order parts. The 2nd one came after the parts arrived and only put 2 of the 3 parts ordered on. He stated that was all we needed. The problem was not fixed and we had this current repairman come out and he diagnosed a different problem of which he had to order parts and someone will return Jan 12th. This washer has been our of service over a month. We always have gotten Sears service extended warranties but we are re-thinking about continuing because of this new way they do service. "One guy comes out and diagnoses and orders parts and a different guy comes to repair a week or so later". NOT GOOD!!

As far as er can Tell this far, The work on our Kenmore dryer is working at present. The Service call was a Bit less Professional than i expected because The tech Received a call from a supervisor He Said went by The Name of Nomi. They Spoke for about 8 minutes about vacations and mortgage payments while i waited for The tech to Continue my Service call. Second, when The tech was finished I put some clothes in The dryer. I Heard a loud clicking/knocking Sound. I opened The dryer door, took The clothes out and found a loose Part, Simular in size to a Medium size bolt. I have a picture of this Part should Sears want to follow up. The concern is that The loose Part might be leftover and uneeded or needed and The tech did Not properly Repair The dryer. Thank you.

Provided excellent service in a timely manner to my Maytag front load washer. Love Sears repair for my home appliances.
