One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to get through on a phone call - never return a call wait time is over hour and half - this company needs to reported to the better business bureau. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - A WASTE OF TIME !!!

Denied VERY expensive claim which was by the book to AHS guidelines! CON ARTISTS!!! BEWARE! Makayla agent ID: 5086882 told me "goodluck" with my claim then hung up on me after 7 minutes! HA!

I have had terrible experiences with this company. My calls to the heating contractor and the garbage disposal repair service went unanswered for two weeks. Now I am waiting on a service call for an oven repair and cant seem to get a return call from the contractor. This has been a costly awful experience for me.

I haven't had any luck with my local contractor, but AHS staff had insured me I can request a different contractor in the future which is the answer I was hopeing for.

The contractor was very knowledgable and timely. Parts had to be ordered and it took about 4 days before he was back to install it I was very pleased with this service

I received a very prompt and courteous contractor to assist with plumbing issues. During installation he cracked the new toilet and did not hesitate to purchase and install a new one

AHS was great. The plumber who showed up did his work, but tried to double charge us. AHS did not allow this and was great to work with.

The contractor was obviously stressed made it apparent he was over extended, fixed the problem but wasn't happy about it.

American Home Shield has come through time and time again. Some contractors are better than others. Contacting them is swift.

My AC broke a few months ago and the process of scheduling a contractor and resolving the issue was very simple and quick! The contractor was helpful and fixed my AC in a timely manner.
