during our last AH experience, the service was accomplished with the best parts, technician and individual service we've come to expect from AH contractors.

The contractor did not contact us until after 36 hours and wouldn't be there until a couple of days later.

The repair man who came to fix my dish washer was very professional and he knew exactly what needed to be repaired and it was done in no time.

The contractor was diligent in following up on our service, and in ordering the special part we needed. Unfortunately the service call was not covered by our AHS policy.
