I met Diane after candid "hellos" at the courthouse, after witnessing her legal prowess in the courtroom. You see, I had never seen the inside of a courtroom in my life (unless it was on t.v.) until my ex-wife and her new husband began to alienate me from my daughter and undermine my rights and role as a father. I had hired a very well-known attorney, who was also a respected life-long friend, and he introduced me to his colleague, Dee. Many a day I sat in the corner of a petrified courtroom pew just waiting my turn to be heard. Dee had my back when the entire city of Carrollton didn't. Because of substance abuse, my children were put into the temporary custody of my mother and after completing rehab, getting clean and getting my life back together, I attempted to regain custody and was repeatedly denied, because to my horror, my mother hired a local lawyer to help fight against my husband and I, from getting our kids back. Diane absolutely saved my two little boys lives. She went up against a complete monster in court and she DEFEATED him! She saved us from a lifetime of domestic violence. You get the cold hard truth, weather you want to here it or not, but expressed with true compassion and respect for you and your situation. She explained upfront exactly what I could expect.
