Boyd was service agent. He was great at explaining the contact and advantages of Aptive and promised he would have some one at our home to start in less than 2 hrs.

Jeancy and Jeremy from Aptive are service pros and they arrived in less than one hour. The were great and answered all of our questions. Great Service provided by Mr Homere, who came as the professional to service my home for pest control. He took great care as my wife was pregnant and I had a toddler at home.

I have been very impressed with Aptive so far. The gentleman that came to my house was very professional and definitely addressed my concerns with my animals and the treatment. I've had a bad experience before with another company, so I really didn't want to try the treatment process again. But, I was convinced, and I'm so happy we chose to use this company. Homero R. showed up the following day (30 minutes early, btw...big score) and was in and out quickly, but he got the job done. I really appreciated his professionalism as well. Thank you Aptive!

I was truly impressed by how quickly they came out. Scott came out on a Saturday evening and professionally answered all my questions. He was quick and efficient and even worked around my busy evening schedule by dusting my son's bedroom before bedtime, then proceeded to finish the outside of the house. Overall he was knowledgable and easy to talk to, which made me more confident in the service they are providing to my family.

Will M. came on time to perform the first time service at my address. He was polite and answered all of my questions. When complete, he spent the time to tell me exactly what he had done. This is much better than a previous exterminator that I have used. I am looking forward to doing business with this company.

Augie N'Kele and Daryl arrived at the scheduled time. Explained everything they were doing. They were very communicative. Great team.

Francisco V. was polite, informative and did a great job. He explained everything that he did, including taking down a inactive bees nest(which was not a honey bee nest). I am very glad that I went with Aptive for my pest control.

Augie has to be the most professional and personable technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in quite some time.He showed up right on time. He also took the time to hear my concerns and tailor our services to our needs. He was very knowledgeable in the products and explained what he was doing and why.
