The best way to judge customer service for a place is how you get treated after you're done spending money, and this is where Eagle Valley impressed me the most. I bought an 07 Liberty there, and got their comprehensive warranty plan with $100 deductibles for service. The next day I had a very common mechanical failure with the windows, and brought it in. They ordered the parts, and called me once they were in, scheduled me for the next day, and had me all patched up within my fairly restrictive time needs. After all of that, they didn't charge me the deductible (which I felt was within their rights), and just took care of me. I have been raving about this place, and recommend checking it out for anyone looking for a used car.
