I have been coming to Bills for years. In the last couple of years, my son has gotten into playing and Bills has played a big part in that. We've gotten great recommendations for gear (thanks Matt) and the one small issue we had (setup on a guitar) was taken care of immediately and completely. They've price matched anything that we could find cheaper and have done a bunch of small things that make a big difference. It's clear that they really focus on complete customer service.

I've been visiting Bill's Music for going on 10 years. In younger years I was a professional musician in the Baltimore area, but since I had all the gear I needed, I never needed to visit. Lately, I've been using Bill's guitar-repair shop because their work is of the highest quality in the area.

I bought a gibson les paul supreme from you guys. You helped me pack it for the trip back home and you cared so much that you called the airlines to see what we could do. I was able to take it onto the airplane and put it in the overhead storage. I cant begin to thank you enough for all the help you provided for me. The supreme has rich sound that allows me to play at the top of my game and is just a joy to play. thank you so much, madison

Been coming to Bill's for years. I remember getting my first '84 Silverburst Gibson Custom electric guitar with my dad Dr. Alonso from the original location (the building right next door across from their parking lot) Jim sold it to me. I still have the guitar. Bill's still has Jim - now that's amazing

Bill's Music House is a staple in the area as well as in the music community.

I've lived in Catonsville for several years and never made it to this legendary store. Prior to moving here, I had heard of Bills and overheard many recommendations from others to "check out Bills" or "Bills would have that" and the like. I am not a musician, so I never had a real need to come in. Well, recently something came up and I did need a rhythm instrument. So I came in. The first time, the selection was so overwhelming -- in a good way, like being in a candy store and wanting to try everything. What fun, checking out instruments, some of which I had never even heard of before. I even met a lovely man playing some beautiful jazz selections on his guitar. He was so proud of his instrument, which was beautiful, and of course he had purchased it at Bills.

Returned again to make my purchases and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but best of all, of good spirit.

I've been a patron of Bill's for a long time; I started going there when I was a kid with my Dad and continued going there as an adult musician. The main reason I go there is because of salespeople such as Mikey. When I go to a music store I am less interested in who has the lowest price or best sale because music gear fluctuates, and good music gear is never cheap and cheap gear is never good. So when I'm ready to lay down my hard earned money for awesome things I want an awesome person to talk to and deal with me in a real fashion; someone who plays music and has the earnestness of a real musician - this is Mikey. Also, Bill's is a dying breed of locally owned, small businesses that it is important to support. Ron in the back will set your guitar up like a champ as well - I will always bring my guitars to Ron for a set-up. Other notable salespeople are Matt and Tim, both great guys that actually care about musicians and not just about making a buck.

Bill's has been in business for about 40 years now, and I've patronized them on and off for about 30 of those years. It's the biggest store in the Baltimore area, and I usually find what I'm looking for, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very helpful and knowlegeable, and the repair department has always been top notch. You don't feel like you're going to be subject to a cavity search like in some of the other music stores around town

I love bills music. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have literally been shopping here for 15 years. Jamie, PJ and Ernesto are all awesome, knowledgeable and trusted. I come in often to trade gear and while I never get what I want, they always give me a fair price. They will literally bend over backwards to make sure that you're happy and if they don't have something they will get it for you.

I was very impressed with the help I got from Lou and the rest of your staff last weekend. What I wanted wasn't in stock, but Lou went over and above to verify that. Thanks for reminding me that good customer service still exists. It was refreshing.

I've been shopping with Bill's since 1988. This is the only outlet I'd ever choose, locally, for my gear. There's nowhere else to go for a knowledgeable staff, the true hands on experience, competitive pricing and a no pressure shopping experience. If Bill's doesn't stock it, it just may be that it's not worth buying!
