Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had especially working with Adam he was professional and very knowledgeable. I just bought my M6 and he sat outside with me for over an hour just going over all the options with me. Very impressive.

I thought I would go ahead and write a review and tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with this dealership. My service person was great. My car is currently at the dealership being worked on. They have kept me apprised through the process. Even though I was a costly repair they explained it to me making sure that I was educated on what I was about to pay for. It is a very good feeling that you have an employee that goes above and beyond his normal process. You do not see customer service anymore so it is a welcomed relief to see that some business do still have it and are willing to just do the right thing. I realize you are his supervisor so please know that you are very lucky to have an employee that is willing to go the extra mile. I have had all of my work on my wife's car done at your dealership, I hope to purchase a new car from your dealership in the near future. I can only hope that the customer service is the same in your sales department.

Tom, after getting in a car I liked, he guided me to the BMW loaner team and made sure everything was in order before departing. The young lady walked me through the process with careful instructions that she probably knows in her sleep, but I felt like I was her only concern at the time until she closed the door and I drove off. Mr. Diskin you are complemented for the super-service your department delivers.

I bought a BMW 535 from David Aviles at Russel BMW and had a terrible experience. The sales price increased between our agreement and the date the final contract was presented. If I needed to obtain information from David Aviles it was necessary to call him multiple times and often didn't get the information I required. I'm not sure if it's because he is unorganized, doesn't care or is unscrupulous, but either way it was a trying process. The overall lack of customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.



After buying my BMW and doing some research, I found that there are many other Russel BMW customers with the same concerns. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after the sale and reading some other reviews that I learned the Better Business Bureau has given them the worst possible rating. Based on my buying experience, I'd highly recommend you purchase your new BMW from another dealer in Maryland.
