What I really liked about PECO when I lived in SC is that the tech came in a real timely fashion, gave me an estimate and carried it out that day. I have had other handymen stall and not give me an estimate quickly, but PECO did everything I needed that day.

Outstanding service and excellent response to trouble calls! One note to folks out there -- Establish an annual contract with PECO Heating and Cooling for the maintenance of your HVAC system(s) can save money in the long run and keep your equipment in top running condition!

Mark and Mary and the entire PECO team were great to work with Mark and Mary personally came out to my residence to offer a custom solution for my basement renovation project. Not only did they specify the best HVAC equipment for the job, but the price was very competitive to other bids I received. In the end, my family and I are enjoying the comfort of our new living space. Many thanks to Mark and Mary and team for going above and beyond on this installation project. Recently, we purchased a new Coleman Modulating 97.5% efficient gas furnace from Peco. After several estimates, we weren't impressed with many of the other local Heating and AC companies. They came out to our home and took their time to explain the options and recommend the best system/value for our home. In addition, the installation was completed quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience with the Peco team from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone with complete confidence that they will be just as satisfied with the service/product as we have been.

I have used this company three times and believe they are the best in Central. I called a different company for a quote and they wanted close to $4000 to replace my system, Peco put the exact same unit in for about half. Next year the unit upstairs was leaking, and the tech came out and spent an hour in the attic and resolved the issue for only the service charge. He recommended I upgrade the switch to stop it from happening again, and I was happy to pay the $150. Finally, they came out about three months ago because my upstairs unit would not start. They showed me what was wrong; they told me that it would cost $129 to replace 3 feet of cable that was outside. They even offered to show me how to do it myself if I wanted to be handy. I left it to the pros.

Thanks for being an honest company. I know there are some people who will try to rip you off, but these guys were straight up honest and straightforward from the start. I really appreciate that kind of business because in this economy we need good service to be completed. At the same time, I know that Peco is a business that needs to make a profit, but I’m glad they don’t try to take advantage of people in less than desirable situations. Thanks a ton.
