I writing this review for my great uncle, one because he is an older man and has trouble with computers, the other is because he would have trouble expressing how pleased he is with his "new troka" well to him its new. I went to visit him on the sunday following his purchase, not knowing he had gone on his own to buy a vehicle. He was happy cleaning his little truck. smiling talking to his friend. I went about asking him about his purchase and could not say enough good things about Alex, I'm guessing the man that sold him the pickup. He went about explaining to me how he went into town looking and came home empty handed. Only one place would gave their trust in an older man with a limited fixed income and get him driving in the vehicle he wanted. My uncle lives in the town of Maricopa probably an easy 45 min drive. He put together the money he needed and called Alex. The salesmen told my uncle he would go and pick him up if he could not get a ride in to Chandler. Alex showed up 1 hour later and my uncle house and drove to Chandler to Big3 Automart, an hour after that my uncle was driving home. I wanted to thank Alex and I believe this is a good way of showing my gratitude for showing an older man the attention sometime us younger generation forget to give. Go see Alex and His maneger JAson who stayed late that night to help my great in ( Penny) get into his "troka"

I've already bought two cars here at Auto Mart and have had a very good experience. They even helped me with my down payment. If I have any issues with my car i just bring it to the service department and their technicians get my car running properly. If I do purchase another car in the future I will come back to Auto Mart.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR! No complaints about the sale man, but the service department a terrible and the site manager is a lying crook! After service department told us something was normal we got stuck with a 1800 issue that was indeed not normal! Service department also took 3 months to fix 3 broken windows and several trips back!

I have had the pleasure of buying 3 different vehicles from Big 3 Auto Mart. My 1st experience is the reason I keep coming back and always will. I was actually in jail in the work furlough program. The car I was driving was on it last leg and I needed a car that day to get back to jail that day. I called _____ who happens to be one of the owners. This was the 2nd day that the dealership had been open for business. Not only did he get me into a car that I could afford Big 3 Auto Mart financed it, as they have with my other two vehicles. If and when I have ever had problem with my vehicles they have taken care of it immediately with a service staff who actually cares. Big 3 Auto Mart is by far the most ethical and fair used car dealership you will ever find and I have highly recommended them to my family and friends.

Great group of people with a quality product and excellent service at a fair price. The inventory is constantly changeing, so if you don't see something this week check back often.
