My daughter and I came to Jans on Saturday to find a dress for my daughters bat mitzvah. The girl that helped us was lovely she showed us so many dresses, my daughter could not have been happier. We found a dress that she loves and I will be back during the week to find a dress for myself.

I came in on Saturday with my mother to Jans. Both of us needed a dress for my daughters wedding. Jans was very accommodating and really took the time to make both of us happy. Great business.

Over the weekend I found a stunning dress for my sons wedding. The staff was amazing and the selection was too. The dress I ended up getting I would've never tried on if the sales girl didn't pick it out for me. It was different from anything I saw myself it, but once I put it on I was in love!

I went to Jans looking for a dress for my daughter for her 8th grade dance. She wanted something full but I wanted something age appropriate. We told the sales girl what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend (it was only her 8th grade dance) Jans had dresses in all price ranges. We found a dress we both loved that was a great price $230. The staff is amazing along with the selection. Thanks jans!

I heard this was a dress mega store that I would be guaranteed to find a dress for my sons wedding. I knew I wanted a short more modern dress as apposed to a long, covered up dress. While they had plenty of long dresses, their selection of short dresses was not that great. Besides the super short, bright and shiny prom dresses they had maybe 8-10 or so dresses in each size. Seeing that I drove an hour and a half to get there, I was a bit disappointed. Our sales lady was very nice! The guy at the desk checking us out didn't even crack a smile. Would I come back here? If I was looking for a long dress, yes. But not great for short dresses. I did find a dress but was not at all impressed with the selection.

Yes they have a large selection I will grant them that. The sales people are so snobby and pushy. They push dresses that are not the right size and say it can be altered. Why wouldn't they offer to order the dress in the correct size. why would I want to spend all that $$ on alterations. It seems that they want to sell the dress off the floor whether the dress ftis or not! I'd rather go to a smaller store that at least cares about their customers.

I ordered my YSA Makino mother of the bat mitzvah dress from Jan's Boutique approximately 3 months ago. At first, I was skeptical about ordering a dress that I've never tried on in my size but was put at ease when I was told by Jan herself that they would re-order a new dress if they screwed up ordering the wrong size. I placed my order and felt at ease that the owner, the store and the entire staff was very professional. My dress has arrived and its still 2 months before the big day and it fits almost PERFECTLY!! I must thank Jan's Boutique and the staff so much!! I will absoultely recommend Jan's to all my friends and family.
