1st service there, people were friendly and explained everything to me as far as the scheduled service for my 2015 Lancer

Very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle here. They are the only Mitsubishi service center on the south side of Tidewater. Because I've been using them since I purchased my Outlander, they have all my service records in their computer system. One of the mechanics even found an error another service center made that could have cost me an engine. I trust them and feel that their pricing is also fair.

The body shop there is amazing! I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants a streamlined process. Friendly and thorough staff put the icing on the cake!

As always Mike is spot on with diagnosis-even when it is just my overuse of ECO mode! Glad to know Mitsubishi stands by their product and Tech Talk provides a great line of communication to the Tech's. Nicole and the ladies are awesome at fitting me in knowing I travel with a toddler and need my car in top shape! THANK YOU ALL!

I had a great first experience with Greenbrier Auto Care. They were able to schedule me quickly, get my car problem diagnosed, and resolved. The service writers were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The waiting room was inviting with complimentary hot chocolate and Starbucks coffee machine....#love perks. They have earned themselves a permanent customer for all my future maintenance needs!!

Ray and James were very pleasant in helping me choose the vehicle that was affordable for me. The entire staff was very professional and kind. I never been in a facility were the entire staff was awesome.

Joy is a "Joy" to work with because she cares about you the customer! It's very obvious she cares that we remain customers. Mike also cares about the customer whether he is servicing your car or if someone else is.

Always has been an excellent place to bring my Mitsubishi vehicles! They will take even the last-minute requests in stride and provide excellent mechanical service!
