We have been customers a number of years. The company is on target--they do what they promise. Their workers are stable, personable and professional. They are quick to respond to emergencies! We are happy campers!

We have used this company for many years. The technician they send out to us is Kevin, who is friendly, knowledgable, and reliable. We have a lot of trust in his work.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and competent. We have been customers for many years for good reason. They do go work and are reliable.

Get their annual service contract. They remind you to do the fall and spring service, and that keeps your HVAC in tip top shape. We have never had a breakdown of the A/C in summer or the heater in winter. They have also done a full installation and replacement of our old unit that went extremely well, and told us about low interest financing through Laclede Gas. Fresh Air is one of our best service companies we deal with for continuous annual service on critical home maintenance.

The workman on our job (Randy E) was extremely professional. We started asking about a leak in our a/c system. The workman then explained the minimum service we needed. Then we asked about age of unit and if we should invest more. The serviceman provide several options with explanation of why they were helpful and the cost. There was no pressure and we selected the option that was best for our family. The installation was done on time, the area was very clean when they were finished, and he explained everything on the new system. We intend to become part of the yearly service contract group and certainly intend to ask for Randy every year. Thank you Fresh-Air Weinrich.

We have been a customer with Fresh Air Heating and Cooling for some time, and have a reliable service technician name Jeff come to my home each year under the service agreement. I feel he tends to my furnace and air conditioner as if it was his own. He is very honest when he gives me his opinion on the equipment. As a possible area of improvement I do feel that the Company can give more of a discount on additional services that my furnace and air conditioner might need over and above the service contract. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I also had one time that I had to haggle with the office to get the best price on a repair. I feel that the best price should be given right up front without having to negotiate when dealing with a long term customer. I believe that long term customers should be given more of a priority. To recap the technician I use and the reliability of the company keeps me doing business with the company.
