We are new to this area and still haven't gotten a Dr. For my grandson. This is the 3 rd time we have used this office and every time we have gotten excellent care. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great experience as always! I was in pain and everyone was so kind and took me right in. Great care and truly a caring attitude from everyone I encountered in my visit. So thankful Total Access and the wonderful Doctors and staff are in my neighborhood. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carter and the whole staff. Thank you!

This place was amazing. The wait time was extremely short the paper work was quick and easy. Every single staff member was kind and patient. The doctor was extremely concerned about not just getting me better in the short run but also the long. My husband and I will be returning for any of our healthcare needs in the future.

Very short wait, nothing like most places. But the short wait was not the big draw. The big draw was the care received. I was impressed with how kind the staff was. I never felt like a number or a slab of meat on a table, as in so many other similar facilities. They were really thorough and caring. I can't imagine a better group of people to be in the healthcare profession. Alex drew my blood. I'm a really tough stick, but he took his time and got it right the first try. Everyone was super. I highly recommend.

Dr. Farrell was awesome! So kind and I really felt like he enjoys his job! Entire staff was awesome!!

No wait time, great staff, caring, knowledgeable and passionate! I go back everytime! When I come here I know that I am getting the best care and I am going to be feeling better in no time

Total Access is amazing. Best medical experience I have had in a long time. There was no wait and the Doctors weren't in a huge hurry and really took their time with me. I will go again if needed!!

Love TAUC! No wait time, professional, caring, private, and the team is very cohesive. We use their service for many reasons and have been "cured" every time. Dr. Fenton really knows how to connect with his patients. Wish all urgent cares understood the philosophy here!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Total Access. I have to go often for migraine IV treatments and what use to take me half a day at the ER, is always done within an hour or two at Total Access! They are WONDERFUL, competent and so nice. I just love that place and always leave feeling so much better because is their care!

GREAT experience...again! I fell & needed an x-ray so I chose Total Access after a great experience once before. I saw Dr Fenton, who was very kind & knowledgeable. I fractured my ankle &was in a lot of pain. The splint was a Godsend as was the fact that he could send me home with pain medicine. LOVE this UC-- highly recommend & wouldn't go anywhere else. Simply THE BEST!

I have had nothing but great care at Total Access. Both of my sons have been seen more than once, and today was my first visit as a patient. They were quick, friendly, professional and thorough. I also liked that I could fill my prescription right there. We will definitely return if needed.

I had a great experience here, I was in and out with hardly any wait at all...which is exactly what I needed in an urgent care! Staff and doctor were great--I will definitely go back if needed!
