We ordered a parker house living room set. Originally we were told it may take about a month o get the set. However, it came in 2 weeks later. Kelly continued to update us on it's progress getting to the store and to the delivery company.

The delivery company also kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. The delivery men were amazing. They carefully brought in the furniture and set it up for us. We will definitely go back and especially ask for Kelly when we are in need of more furniture. The set came in perfect condition. No problems at all! Thank you so much!

I just placed an order for a Living Room Set 2 weeks ago and wanted to give Lisa ( Customer Service Representative) five Stars. I was trying to apply a coupon which was not working and seek for help. She helped me get a big discount on my purchase and delivery. She was very polite and helped me place the order smoothly. So after extensive looking at various furniture delivery sites and checking them against the BBB, this was the ONLY site that had an A+ rating. That said, from the time I placed my order to the day it was delivered, I received constant updates on the status. The local delivery team was very quick and efficient in setting up my new bedroom set, Queen bed Dresser and Mirror, Two Nightstands, Tall Dresser, and Media Dresser - total delivery time about 40 minutes for setup, and they cleaned up afterwards. Kelly was my main point of contact via emails, and was exceptionally polite and helpful. Completely recommend buying from HomeCInemaCenter

I had the best experience with HomeCinemaCenter. Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a 5th floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa set up to the 5th floor free of charge since I was shipping over a certain amount. Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the curb and they did it, considering that the old clunky sofa had to be broken into pieces in order to be carried out.

They really went above and beyond, i don't know of a any other company that would do this and not even try to charge you an arm and a leg for it! I'm very happy that I chose this company and will definitely buy from them in the future, they got themselves a loyal customer now!

This is the first time making a purchase on furniture online and as it turn out to be a great experience. The only problem was that they should have contacted me about why the delivery was held up. But, if I had turned on the weather station, I would have noticed the hurricane blowing up the coast too. Kathy in customer support was great and she kept us informed about it and we received it the following week. Just 10 days to receive a sectional is amazing! I would order from Home Cinema Center again!
