I booked my one way car on a secondary website that never sent confirmation. I've concluded it was a bogus site. When I found out on arrival and also that renting on the spot would cost about $150 more I panicked, having been traveling abroad for a month and anxious to get home. Two reps came to my aid, eventually applying every discount they could find, then offering a vehicle that had been there a long time due both to the usual cost and specialty use. I had to pay about $20 more than expected, but had a much upgraded vehicle and got home after all. These folks went way beyond the usual to help me out of a tough spot instead of sticking me with a much higher bill. It is really appreciated!

Not enough shuttle busses - waited for a long time and watched multiple Avis, Hertz, etc shuttles go by. Happens most times I rent from this location.



In their zeal to help stranded travelers (due to the FAA control center fire), the personnel at this location gave away ALL of their cars to walk up rentals, not saving cars for those with reservations. This resulted in significant wait times for cars to be brought in from other locations. On top of other travel delays that day, this was most unwelcomed.



I was scheduled to pick up an Enterprise car in Boston - because of my experience at O'Hare, I canceled that reservation and made one with another rental car company.

Shuttle was on time and fast, people are always nice and great. Fast rental process and cars are clean.

Easy airport access, good shuttle service, polite people.
