Provided by YP.comThey were very quick and detailed when arriving. Drop off was super easy, convenient, and fast. If I was there 10 minutes I would be surprised. The car I rented was clean, and we'll maintained. Will use them again for sure.

Provided by YP.comWe rented a car (Nissan Altima); its aerodynamics were totally compromised. Perhaps it had had accident before. Moreover, the wheel alignment was totally out, so i had to hold the steering very firmly. It put a lot of pressure upon my arms. You should be really peering into a car that you want to rent.

Provided by YP.comCame in at 6am on a Wednesday with jet-lag and extremely tired with a reservation. The staff was extremely kind and friendly unfortunately I was not felling it due to my mood but Zach was nice and understanding the car selection was slim but with a small additional fee Zach put me in a plush Chrysler 300 wich had me smiling like a clam.

Provided by YP.comMy flight was delayed, I was mega-grumpy and when I got to the Enterprise desk, all my troubles went away. They took great care of me, gave me a free upgrade to a fun little sports car and did not push the insurance (which I'm already covered for and my company will not reimburse). Thank you for the absolute zero hassle and amazing service you provided!

I worked with David, who was extremely helpful and courteous.
There was a large selection of new vehicles to choose from and David familiarized with the vehicle I selected.
Great service and very helpful staff. Next time I'm in Chicago I will certainly use Enterprise.

Provided by YP.comI was disappointed with the lack of care this branch had on our visit. We arrived at approx. 11pm. I made the reservation a month prior and also called the week before to confirm there would be no issue with the car seat I included for my 2 year old.
After checking in we were told they had 1 car seat left. The only problem with that was the seat was soaking wet and was not working as the rep stated the prior renter must have moved the buckles around. Their fix? Use towels from their car wash which were thin and quickly soaked up with water. As we thought there was no other options I spent the next hour in the parking lot trying to fix a broken, wet car seat. Oh yeah it was 29 degrees outside too.
After trying to install the wet seat the manager comes and tells me they have a National branch near that just got new car seats. Where was this info before?
Next time I'll think twice prior to setting a reservation with Enterprise as this was not the first issue I had with this company.

Provided by YP.comAmazing service Staff , however the cars are not always clean well. Although it was not snowing the car I got was not clean inside. The bus driver asked if anyone had forgotten to leave the car key and one of the passenger did and the bus driver stop and got off the bus to returned it, I glad I was not running late because he took like 10 minutes.

Provided by YP.comThe service I received at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Ohara Airport was Outstanding .I arrived from The Airport and was quickly helped by the Manager to an Associate who quickly found my Reservation for my Automobile(Quickly). I was then Greeted by a associate who found my car brought it up and helped put my bang in .We then inspected the Auto for damage ,the car was spotless! I had this Auto for week it handled and performed very well .When I returned the car I was greeted and assisted by another associate who quickly got the information needed and I was on the shuttle and on my way . This was truly a very pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend using Enterprise, I will use them again very soon!!!

Provided by YP.comI was picked up at O'Hare Airport and driver was very helpful with all my bags. Arrived at Enterprise and helped by Liam who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Even the guy when I dropped the car back off was very pleasant and helpful. All in all a great experience! Only one thing that I was unhappy about and it was about the GPS I reserved online for $65.00 but I was charged $106 at the counter and needless to say I think it is a racket since the car already had a built in GPS unit that has been disabled. tsk tsk

Provided by YP.comWe flew into Chicago O'Hare and were promptly picked up by the Enterprise shuttle. The driver was very helpful and when we checked in with Liam, he was wonderful. Dropping off the vehicle was also very quick and efficient and friendly and the return shuttle to the airport was a great experience with a great driver. Overall we were so happy we went with Enterprise!

Provided by YP.comThe staff at this enterprise went above and beyond to make sure i made my flight. I forgot my Spirit airlines boarding pass in the rental car and they would not print me another copy to board the flight with my family. The staff at the enterprise helped me find the boarding pass in the rental and made sure i got back to the terminal in time to meet my family and make my flight. I really appreciate that they go beyond to put the customer first.

Provided by YP.comExcellent service. Really nice car. Only issue I had was with the I-Pass unit that I rented to pay the tolls. The clerk told me it cost $7.99. I was going to be in town for 4 days so I thought that was a good deal. I was a bit surprised when I got on the return flight and had time to look at the receipt. It was actually $7.99 per day. Had I known that at the beginning I would have opted out since I wasn't going to spend enough time on the toll roads to make it worth the cost. The clerk could have been a bit clearer when explaining the cost.
