I have been coming to see Dr. Hatland for many years and he always knows how to work with whatever presents as far as oral health care. He is very knowledgeable and what I appreciate most is his HOLISTIC/NATURAL approach to healthcare.

Absolutely perfect. i had amalgam fillings removed along with periodontal scraping. this man is multi-talented. He specializes in dental and periodontal work as well as orthodontics. highly recommended if you want quality periodontal work for less than a periodontist. Well worth the visit!

Took a long time listening to my concerns and addressed them calmly ... very relaxing visit. Thorough cleaning and knowledge of gum issues. Highly recommend.

I may be Ray's longest running patient, since I first started seeing him when he was beginning a practice in Beech Grove in the 1970's. Dr. Hatland is taking good care of me since last year. Recommend treatments which really requited. Office staff works great with insurance part and follow ups.

Been seeing Dr. Hatland for 20 years now. It's hard to find a good holistic dentist, and Dr Hatland is one of the best! He is quite conservative - preferring to "save the tooth" over slash and burn root canal treatment. And best of all, he's great with TMJ and aligning the bite properly. He's been instrumental in the curing of my migraines.

Great bedside manner, likes to problem solve, and just all around excellent.

I have been with him 12 years and he has also been the only doctor out of 5 that was able to help me get thru TMJ problem and in the process I grew spiritually leaps and bounds. I am so glad the day I walked into his office.

I just can't express how much Dr. Hatland's expertise and dental work has changed my life (basically).
My teeth and jaw problems were tremendously worrisome in 2011. Today I have the bite of an angel really (he says and I feel!). It's made such a huge difference energetically too.
I'm so so grateful. I travel and live around the world and he is the reason I come back to Chicago - I love my teeth and couldn't recommend him more.

Came in trouble, left as an ongoing patient. I like Dr. Hatland's focus on what is primary and essential vs. what may be optional and cosmetic (replacing a filling, adding a cap or whatever).
