I am extremely please with Mr. Duct! They arrived on-time and were very professional. Every effort was made to be clean and completed there work in a timely manner.Thanks for the Fresh Air!

We've had other service companies out to clean our dryer vent in the past, but none of them got all the lint and crud out like Mr. Duct. Our dryer is located in the center of the house on the second floor and has about a 30 foot run to the outside. The techs were in and out in about a half hour. Couldn't be happier with the service. So much so, that we're going to have them do all of our ductwork. :0)

We hired Mr.Duct to clean our dryer vent. Ivan, our technician, was prompt, courteous, and performed a thorough cleaning of our dryer system. I will recommend Mr.Duct to anyone and use them again ourselves!

This was only for cleaning the dryer vent, but I would hire them next time I need ducts and other items. Very professional, polite, and timely. They were even early for the appointment. Very satisfied with the job done.

The technicians were timely, explained everything clearly and left the house clean. Everything was better than expected.

I would happily recommend Mr. Duct. The technicians were prompt, respectful of our home and were very careful not to drag or pull their heavy equiptment on our wood and marble floors. Mr. Duct has cleaned a number of our dryer vents in the builbings we manage. Our technician, George, was prompt, attentive and very knowledgable in the process and I would recommend this company whole-heartedly.

I spoke to the owner on the phone and he gave me great advice on whether I would need my ducts cleaned or not. He took me through the EPA and NADCA website for information. I decided to get my ducts cleaned after taking pictures with my camera of my ducts and the technicians that came out were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even moved a vent for me. Highly Recommended!

This company was given to me by a neighbor who had done all the due diligence/price comparisons etc. and i knew that if this comapny could satisfy that particular neighbor that i would be in good hands both in terms of price and service. They actually exceeded my expectations. Professional from start to finish, from placing the order, scheduling, rescheduling, receiving a confirming call the day prior, on time the day of service, technician (Ivan) was awesome and i never felt as if he was rushing to get to his next job, and a follow up call to make sure everything went o.k.. I'll certainly recommend Mr. Duct to other neighbors.

The guys came out right on time and took great care not to get the carpet dirty as they cleaned the vents. Explained everything before they started. Really did a good job and I felt it was well worth the cost to get them cleaned. The house is over 30 years old and it had never been done. The dust accumulation was unbelievable. Very good job and would recommend them to you for this type of service.

Whoever you go with make sure they are NADCA certified. It makes a huge difference. The folks from Mr. Duct were about as good and as professional as they come. From Lisa the office manager who booked the appointment to the guys who did the job, all top notch. You couldn't even tell they were here after they finished and you could eat off the inside of my ducts. Cost a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Its February and I just had Mr. Duct clean my ducts and furance fan. The techs, Charles and Ivan, were professional in the delivery of their service. They use the care you would want of your home. This is a company to be trusted and used.

I didn't realize how air duct companies can rip yu off until I hired Mr. Duct. I'd had my ducts cleaned 10 years ago, but they didn't do a very good job. These folks did and showed me how the other guys cut corners. Last time I couldn't tell the difference. This time.. Wow... the fan is running so much better than I dropped the temperature significantly. Hire them! They're worth it.

The service technicians were both thorough and professional with their work. We had completed construction repairs on our house and needed to remove dust and debris from the duct work. Several weeks after the cleaning was complete I noticed some insulation fiber and debris around the main coils, so I called Mr. Duct for further assistance. Within the week the problem was addressed, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Our experience with the Mr. Duct staff could not have been better - Evelin really went through the air duct cleaning process with us on the phone and her co-worker Lisa, who set-up our service on a call back, had someone out to our house the next day. The technicians were great as well - they really made sure that we understood what was happening during the cleaning, pausing frequently to ask for permission to enter rooms, etc. This company's politeness knows no bounds - Lisa even called us back for a follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. The service that was provided to me by the Mr. Duct technians went really well. They arrived on time and were courteous and very knowledgeable about the process. I was very satisfied and will recommed your company to friends and family.

Mr. Duct did a great job cleaning our furnace ducts. After having our hardwood floors sanded in the family room, dining room and living room, there was a ton of debris in our furnace ducts. We also have two cats which shed constantly. I was dusting every other day trying to keep our house clean. After having our ducts cleaned by Mr. Duct, I only have to dust once a week! Everything stays cleaner and next time our ducts need to be cleaned, we will be calling Mr. Duct!

My husband and i recently purchased a foreclosed home that was quite dusty. I called Mr. Duct and they were at our home the next day. They were very quick, clean and friendly. I especially liked how they kept me updated on what they were doing every step of the way. They were very friendly and helpful, showing me the duct after they were done to ensure I was satisfied with their work. I recommend them and their service!
