Selling my home, and had to have the toilet repaired (loose at the base). I personally tried to fix before final inspection but ran out of time. I called Roto Rooter on Sunday and they were out first thing Monday Morning. Chuck my technician was in and out and under thirty minutes! Thanks!

My sink has been leaking and Tommy (Tech 2303) came out today and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me advice on how to improve the setup of my sink to eliminate future problems. He explained everything so it was very clear.

I was very glad Russell came to my rescue (Loveland, OH). Had a leaky pipe that got taken care of to my satisfaction. Though a competitor gave me an estimate that was two-third of the price, people are more important. Russell answered all my questions very patiently and educated me through the process...which I very much appreciated. I'll be sure to rely on Russell (#2072) for future jobs. Thanks!

Had problems in years past at my house with a long sewer drainage run in the Cincinnati area. James from the Montana Avenue location came out & did a great job recommending the most cost effective way to take care of the slow drain problem. Recently had a stoppage in my toilet due to my small child flushing toys. I called roto-rooter and a couple hours later a technician showed up. Mike Z. Tech number 3492 was professional, polite and quickly handled my problem. If I have issues again I will definitely call them and ask for mike.

My pipes in Cincinnati froze over the winter and burst. After turning off the water I called Roto Rooter at about 4 in the morning. They arrived several hours later and quickly replaced the pipe that burst. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. Thanks!

Called for a main line back up on a Saturday. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service I receive from Roto Rooter. We have had to have them out several times for tree roots in the line. Would definitely recommend.

I called to have leaky pipes replaced in my bathroom. Curtis Sword was there within half an hour. He was courteous, taking his time to explain the work and the costs involved. He was willing to offer advice on other issues and demonstrated a high level of expertise. He offered outstanding service at a fair price. Definitely a well-earned 5 star rating.

Our main sewer line backed up in the basement and I immediately called Roto-Rooter. James Wallace was at my house in 11/2 hours. Awesome! James was very polite and extremely knowledgeable! He cleaned the main line from the house to the street. Removed a lot of roots and then ran a camera through the pipe. The pipe was still intact, but evidence of root intrusion in 2 areas. James explained how to treat the issue. All cleaned up and very pleased with the service. Will refer James and Roto-Rooter in the future.

Called this morning (Montana Ave./Cincinnati OH) for a main line clean out, was given a 2 hour window right away, and James #580, came an hour later. He took the time to investigate my concerns, gave me advice, and worked with me. He was professional and nice to work with, I would call again.

Had them out for a clogged sink. Kevin, #357, was very professional and very friendly. He is also the first one to come up with a solution to my piping for my sink so I don't have to have someone out each year. I am going to have Kevin back to do the piping. My toilet was leaking from under the base. We tired to replace it ourselves but ran into a problem. Louis from Roto Rooter came out and got us working again. Friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend them!

My main was blocked by whatever is passing thru my 220lb 14 yr. old. I called and had service within 3 hours. John G was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

He fixed the problem quickly and the charge was fair. ...It now runs down hill again!

Our toilet was leaking so I called and had service the next day! Our plumber, mike Z was very polite and friendly, even to my sick 2 year old! The price was reasonable! I would use them again!
