It was awesome - I needed to drop my vehicle off early and I was contacted prior to my appointment time to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Very good! I agreed to tire rotation fee but they decided it was not yet necessary which I found to be very professional!

The service was quicker than I expected. I called to set up an oil change but arrived about 3 hours early due to my trip taking less time than expected. Your team took me right in and changed the oil promptly. Your service reps were pleasant and professional.

It was excellent as they squeezed me in and completed the 15k mile check.

I came in for an oil change and left with a New Honda Accord. The salesman Larry worked with me and after the purchase did an excellent job showing me the features of the new car.

Good - wish that the discounts that we receive in the mail on occasion or via e-mail can just be in our account so when we come in for a service that discount can be applied - whether or not we remember the coupon.

This was our fifth & sixth Honda lease through Jenkins & Wynne. As always it was a stress free experience. The sales team went out of their way to make things fall into our budget and desires. Honda Leaseing has always been good for us and we will probably lease again.

Quick and very friendly service

My daughter came to have keys made for her Civic. The only suggestion that I have is to explain upfront to the customer about the Complimentary "Check Up". My daughter was a little confused when she was given a list of suggested maintenance that might need to be performed on her Civic.

I was very pleased with the service dept.

Loren in the service department always goes above and beyond what would be considered "acceptable" service. He is a true asset to this company. I have never had a bad experience with the service department. Everyone there is always pleasant and accommodating. I cannot imagine a better vehicle service department - they are awesome!!!
