My wife's experience with Jenkins and Wynne Ford was extremely pleasant without any hassles or issues.

The salesman was Mr. Mike Minor who in my opinion went above and beyond to answer every question or demands I had in trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I want to thank Larry and Mike for making my purchase possible.

Everyone there made you feel special. My salesman was new but very informed about the product and how to treat customers. Way to go Andrew!

Purchased a Volvo that was traded into for a Ford vehicle.The sales manager was very involved in our interest for the vehicle. My husband is a hard negotiator but a deal was meet with our satisfaction.

Service by Jenkins and Wynne is excellent.

Eddie was great. Had 2 appointments, 1 for my Fusion and 1 for my F150. Eddie managed to work them both in at the same time so my wife and I could do other things. When she got home with the F150, I found oil film on the drivers armrest and grease on the carpet and floor mat. Called Eddie and he said bring it in and he would take care of it.

It was fine. I was greeted politely, the service was done in a timely fashion and the amenities in the customer lounge were nice.

Usually Larry is my Service guy. He is always very knowledgeable and knows just what my car needs at each service trip. Yesterday Mr. Eddie helped me in Larry's absence. He was just as knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to all the great Service Men at Jenkins & Wynne. I always know they will take care of me and my car!!

Got same-day appointment. In and out just fine.

When I welcome a customer at Walmart, I always tell them Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and when they leave I tell them have a good whatever or have a good rest of the day or thank your for shopping our store. I want them to know that I appreciate their business. And this service I was treated better but I feel like only because I had complained. When I go to Ford Service I just don't feel like I'm appreciated. When I go to Ford Truck Service I feel like they appreciate my business. Maybe I expect too much because I am in the retail business and know the value of good customer service.
