Another thing to add my mom bought herself the perfect little 2 seater hot tub which is perfect for her and my father. I didn't realize that they mad them small enough to fit small areas and so affordable. They are very happy as well!-



I recieved my swimspa 2 days ago and the delivery crew was wonderful! I have already gotten my swimspa up and running!! My family have been in town for the holiday and it has been a HIt with everyone!!! Thank you very much for being very professional!

Update- I am still using my Swim Spa from Spa Manufacturers Inc and I love it so much. It has improved my quality of life so much!! -I made the best investment when I purchased the Swim Spa. I use it everyday for my water therapy and my husband swims against the current for his endurance and strength building. BEST OF ALL- the kids go crazy and have fun in it! Great product and great value. Thank you! Wooohooooo!

I moved out of state and the house I purchases did not have a Hot tub so I ordered my hottub from Spa Manufacturers Inc again. I have purchased from them before. Going from my past experience with the company, I knew it would be great and as I expected it was! The ordering and shipping went great! Than you guys for being a solid place!

I put an addition at the bottom that I forgot! --I have a very old hot tub and I needed parts for it that I could NOT find anywhere. A pool place sent me to here and they were able to help me. I was so greatful! I also was able to purchase a instock cover too which was nice because mine was so waterlogged. The guys were extremely nice and helpful. When its time to replace my existing hot tub, I will go back to them for sure!- I also wanted to ad to this that they offered me an awesome trade in program for my old hot tub that I am totally going to take advantage of! Spa Manufacturers..you guys are great!!

Purchased the large Waterfall Spa with Gazebo at the Orlando Home and Garden store. The staff at the show were pleasant to work with. The delivery was prompt and on time and the set up guys polite. Since this was a covered spa, I assumed it would be waterproof (roof), but unfortunately not. I may have made a lower priced purchase had I known this as spa is in open area under trees in yard and my last spa I had covered with a canvas canopy. The waterfall (one of the highlights of the spa) has a funtional problem (only 3 quarters of the waterfall work). I spoke with Carla the GM and she said she will be sending a tech out in the next few weeks. As long as that is repaired, the spa is gorgeous and I would recommend the company. .I gave 3 stars pending outcome of repair.



UPDATE Repair came out today(May 3, 2013) to try and fix waterfall, unfortunately an issue that can't be repaired. Carla the GM called and said they will send a replacement shell (the acrylic portion) on May 12. Not sure how that will work with the original gazebo and cedar casing around it staying. She said they will also address the issue that the roof on the gazebo isn't waterproof.(leaks when rains) I am glad they are responding, just hope I did't get myself into a mess with this purchase. It wasn't cheap.and going on a month without a fully functional product.



UPDATE, The company came through and resolved all issues with the unit. They stand behind their products. I am a happy camper.

Purchased a terrific swim spa from this company couldn't be more pleased. Traded an old spa from a company no longer in business towards it and used that money towards a gazebo for the swim spa. Weekends are more fun for the kids and it was cheaper and less hassle than putting a pool in!

I really like this company. I found them to be friendly and informative. They helped me design a spa tub that I could actually afford. I was worried about the delivery process but it couldnt have been smoother. These people really know what they are doing. I am impressed with the quality I thought with my budget I would be sacrificing a bit on the quality. Not so. I am so happy with my purchase and my friends and I are having some fun weekends.

I abolsutely love this company! The customer service is amazing. I bought my spa about a year ago at the home show in Tampa and they have continued to follow up to make sure everything is working smoothly.

They've come out to my house on multiple occasions to deliver supplies and help me do the first cleaning. They are extremely accomodating and always willing to help.



I've been to two other trade shows that Spa Manufacturer participated in and they still know my name and ask how everything is doing!



Anyone that has done business with Spa Manufacturers knows they are the best in town!

I love my spa from Spa Manufacturers! I have had it for 9 years and I found them by looking on the interent and read all of the excellent reviews. So I went with my gut and made an excellent purchase. I will be upgrading soon and I know where I will buy again. Mind you this was an over the internet and phone purchase. I am out of state and extremly happy! Best customer service and best product! Go Spa Manufacturers!!!!

Spa Manufacturers has addressed and corrected all issues with our new spa. Although our initial experience upon receipt of the new spa in early December was tainted with some very disappointing manufacture and assembly quality issues (Christmas rush?), they sent repairmen out to our house to correct all of them.



OVERALL POSITIVES: very good spa design, very nice cedar cabinet, competitive price, delivered right onto our pool lanai vice dropped off at curb like some others. All initial issues were adequately addressed by the manufacturer sending technicians to our house to correct them. We are now enjoying the spa very much.



OVERALL NEGATIVES: delivered untested with a cut in the pipes which we discovered on startup, excess silicone glue bulging out around many jets, fiberglass shavings from manufacture process still in tub (obviously was not-factory tested), some scratches, bottom light inop, company initially slow to respond to our requests to fix it. If you have any issues talk to Carla, the GM, and no one else.

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY YOUR HOT TUB FROM! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SALES TEAM ARE WONDERFUL! YOU CANT BEAT THE QUALITY AND PRICE EITHER!! I TELL EVERYONE TO COME HERE!!!

I spent a lot of time researching hot tubs on line. After looking at several hot tubs I stumbled upon Spa Manfacturers in Tampa. I was very glad I did, saved alot of money, got a quality product, one of the best warranties and had the pleasure of dealing with a very knowlegdable sales person. I purchased a 650 waterfall spa and I LOVE it!!! I did some shopping and the price was half from the other places. The sales people and delivery crew were very nice and helpful!! I recommend Spa Manufacturers for a great spa experience!!!!!

I have visited around looking for a spa/hottub and a friend of mine told me about Spa and Tub in Chickasaw, from the time I walked in the door, someone greeted me with a smile and a hello. The whole staff was so friendly, the prices where better than anywhere I had looked and on top of that they have their own service department, no one else to call but Spa and Tub. Great price, friendly salespeople and service all in one place. I would recommond them to anyone looking to buy any product they have. I will be purchasing a new swimming pool from them next.

Great product at a reasonable price. Very powerful swim jets. Fanstatic cardio workout and great therapy jets for relaxing. One of the best investments we ever made.

GERMAINE GARCIA EXPLAINED ALL THE FUNCTIONS AND THERAPUTIC BENEFITS OF THIS SPA TO ME IN DETAIL. I HAVE TO TELL YOU,NOW, WHEN I COME HOME AFTER A LONG DAY,I SIT IN MY SPA AND THE FEELING OF COMPLETE RELAXATION IS INDISCRIBABLE.
