Jay the manager sold me a bed and when I received it there was a problem with it, he said he would get me another bed from the Dallas office this was on Monday (an hour after I received the defected bed) it didn't come the next day like he said so I called him and he told me not to worry it was on it's way, this happened every day up until Friday, I called him again and he told me they were in Cleburne and would deliver it in 5 minutes, this is Saturday and the bed is still not here, I am disabled and this bed was suppose to support me and help my joints, but I have been sleeping on my sisters memory foam bed and she is sleeping on the couch, so this store and company are only interested in the money and not helping it customers after the sale, so now I have a useless bed that is defected in my hallway and no one to help me. I guess I will call the State and ask for them to file a suit because of my disability.
