Provided by YP.comExcellent. Was expecting to spend a lot of money on repairs. Because of Honda service and their honesty, I drove out only paying for a requested transmission oil change and diagnostic check. The transmission oil change is more expensive than at the oil change places but I trust the service department to get it done right. This is the only dealer service that I trust. My van was ready when promised. When I need service on my Honda vehicles, this is the only service place that I go to. Thanks for a GREAT job.

Provided by YP.com. John and Aaron, the mechanic, explained the problem to me thoroughly and recommended what needed to be repaired. John and Aaron both took the time to show me literally. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely return to this Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda Cadillac in the future.

Provided by YP.comWe didn't have to bring the car in. Dealer came out to pick up the car and left us a loaner. Then they came back with out car and took the loaner.

From them to the cashiers to the porters and everyone I have connected with the survice and treatment has been top notch. My viehicles are always fixed, problems found during repair are brought to my attention and options given to help make my decisions. When I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for today for an oil change I was told "I don't have my appointment book in front of me, what time do you want to come in"? I said around 11:00 am, he said okay. When I got there today I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 Hours because I didn't have an appointment. When I explained the telephone call they took me right in. Everyone in the Service Department was very courteous, even though they were extremely busy. While the CR-V was being serviced we met with George Jablonski about trading in my 2011 CR-V for a 2013 CR-V, George is not only a great salesman, he is a genuinely nice person. Always a pleasant experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda.

Provided by YP.com90,000 mile maintenance for my 2010 Honda Pilot. Bobby Baize was very friendly and professional. So was the cashier (I forgot her name, older lady).
My car was returned to me in great shape and the outside was cleaned.
100% satisfied.
