Stopped in early on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Only took about an hour and I was on the road again to finish my errands. They recommended an appointment, but took care of me without one. A great experience!

Super service Brian & Bobbie are great. Louise the cashier is great, I an always count on them being honest with me.

My low tire pressure light came on. The staff took care of it, tire patched and I was out in no time!

Guys where awesome! Got me in right away. Knew I had a bunch of running to do before going out of town. He got me a car to use so I didnt have to sit for 3 hours. Car running Great !

I brought in both of my vehicles for oil changes and was very pleased. I found the men in the service garage very helpful and friendly. I was in and out within an hour and both vehicles cleaned and ready. Plan on coming back on Wednesday to have new keys programed for my CRV and then going back this weekend with husband to possiably shop for another CRV.

Brought my car in because my better in my key fob was showing low. Pulled in got out they had me and my Grandson go into a waiting room. It look about 25 minutes and service guy came back and said, you are all taken care of. The battery was changed and they washed my car and I was all set.

Satisfactory visit. Needed only routine maintenance and received it. Received a friendly greeting, offer of coffee and comfortable wait. A service report was given after service was completed and payment station was polite and prompt.

I went in to get an oil change. I've been in a few times before and the people there are always very polite, professional and friendly. I wouldn't ever think to go anywhere else.

It was very good. I drove my car right in and was immediately greeted by a service person. I was asked what brought me in, and I told him I came in for an oil change. He explained to me that they would change the oil and inspect my CRV for any problems.

Excellent service, as always. I was promptly greeted. The service advisor was very professional and attentive to my concerns and needs.

At about 1:30 PM Thursday 19 December 2013 I drove my 2010 CTS into your dealership for service for the first time since arriving in Michigan in October from southern Indiana. My windshield washer fluid had frozen up, blocked the pump and blew a fuse. I was back on the road at about 3:15 PM with a new fuse, a fluid flush and refill [more appropriate low temp fluid], and a wash job.

What a job well done!!

I went to get a tire rotation on my 2013 Honda and I felt comfortable that the service was being done at Jim Riehls.

Oil change and windshield repair were performed on my car.

Everything turned out excellent.
