We used full service van lines for a move to WV from old house at FL. I booked for the move via email and then called them a week before the move to confirm all details and times. Their sales executive was very gracious and informative when he visited my house for the final settlement. The crew turned up on time at 8:00 am and immediately got to work. The supervisor and the crews all were very courteous and professional and finished the packing and loading very smoothly. They arrived at the new house before the agreed time and the unloading was perfectly done, no damage at all and the price was just $30 more than the estimate. Great job all around.

It was a short notice and tight schedule move and I had no idea about whom to hire for the job. I made a quick search on google and found full service van lines with some good reviews. Soon they removed all my anxiety by their professionalism and dedication to the work. The crews were efficient and courteous, I was pleasantly surprised that they managed to move so much in the short period of time and still have time to assemble the beds. The moving troop turned up early with the truck as the packers were still taping up boxes. They were ever so friendly and skilled and quickly cleared the flat and were ready to go. On arrival at the other end the guys unpacked as swiftly as they packed up - with care to not make any mess. They covered the whole floor so that my brand new carpet might not get dirty. Not a single scratch to my furniture and to the wall. I was very impressed with their expertise. Couldn't recommend them enough! Price was highly competitive and flawless service by full service van lines. Well done guys!

The whole experience was a pleasant one and good value compared to other companies I've used before. The pre-move survey by their surveyor was conducted very professionally and we felt that we are in good hand. On the move day, we had slightly more furniture than would fit in the van, but they cleverly managed it. The crews worked tirelessly and were extremely careful with our possessions. The move took slightly longer than planned, due to the extra care around our fragile packing, but this wasn't an issue. I would definitely recommend full service van lines if you are looking for a great service in a reasonable price. I researched many moving companies beforehand and this mover stands above all their competitors I got quotes for.

My move was about 35 heavy boxes, a queen bed frame and mattress, and a bookshelf. There were about 25 stairs down at the old place and 40 stairs up at the new place. The two movers were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. At 11:15pm, I got a call asking if they could come at 11:30am. When I explained that I might not be able to be there that early, he understood. In fact, I was able to be there early and I let him know that it was OK to come. He said they would be there in five minutes. They were there in 1pm. Both men were amiable and worked hard. One of the two worked so hard that it seemed like he was being paid by the pound rather than by the hour. Great Job.

Full service van lines send a very efficient moving team for our tight scheduled move; they were very professional and knew exactly what to do to make the move effortless. They treated our belongings cautiously when loading the truck and loaded it within a very short time. There were no delays between leaving our old house and reaching the new one. Nothing was lost or damaged and in the new house everything was placed where we requested. The cost was very competitive comparing to the level of service they provided. We will definitely recommend them to our friends or anyone in need of a very efficient and very professional moving company. Job well done!

We used Full service van lines three weeks ago to move from FL to SC. The three guys who moved us were fantastic -- punctual, fast, careful, respectful, and funny. We had 10 years' worth of stuff in our house, plus a three-year-old and a newborn, and we had never used movers before. Full service van lines made our moving days a stress-free piece of cake! We highly recommend them and would use them again!

The foreman was super helpful and willing to work with me. I was moving from Orlando, FL to Dallas, TX. I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and I was SO happy to not have to move my stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The foreman and two other nice guys didn't stop and got my move done within the schedule, under the estimate. Nothing was broken or scratched and they even put my bed together for me. It was well worth the money and much more. Full service van lines is recommended.

Recently my wife and I move our house and used full service van lines. They were recommended by a neighbor and were true to their reputation. From the point I contacted with them to move us they were fabulous, couldn’t asked for a better service. On the day, the foreman and his crews kept us happy and calm. Really good guys, very professional and diligent! Never complained even when they had to take doors of at our new home. Anybody moving should definitely us them.

For the kind of job I do, I had to move 5 times in last 10 years. So, the little experience I got in moving houses - I think full service van lines was one of the best companies in this sector, their price was very reasonable, they were very helpful, they straight way started working and got the moving job done without any trouble whatsoever. I would most certainly recommend them to anybody unless you want a troubled mover then go with a different company.

The move could not have gone better really; foreman and the 3 other guys did a great job getting things from my 3rd floor flat into the van and then in the other end carry those up to my new 2nd floor flat. They were courteous and easy going throughout and had everything done in 5 days which was lesser than I thought it would take! They were very organized and diligent. It was a great value for money as I had received quotes that were far higher. They invited me to ride with them in the van but after watching them working at my old flat I gain enough faith on them and left them alone! All in all I had a very good experience with full service van lines and would not hesitate to use them again when I next move.

Last weekend their sales agent and his colleagues carried out my residential move. The salesman was prompt to respond and his quote was much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. He reassured me throughout the process - it was a huge move and contacted me before they were on their way to my home to ask if I have any last minute requirement. He arrived on time with the team and stayed in contact throughout the move while I travelled ahead. They even accommodated a few last minute changes professionally. We would absolutely recommend full service van lines if you need a professional, friendly and trustworthy moving service. You guys really made it very successful! Thanks a lot!

Full service van lines is the most professional mover we have ever dealt with. Just after the booking they quickly made a visit to our house, which was very reassuring. A very nice guy came and made a list of the stuff we needed to move. In a short time we got a quote, which we think was very reasonable. It was not the cheapest and also not the most expensive, but the professionalism shown by their rep convinced us to select them. On the actual move day the staff was very polite, professional and accommodating. We could not have asked for more. Everything went smoothly all thorough the move. Also they expertly dismantled quite a lot of our furniture and reassembled it in our new house. Thanks for the excellent work.

From the beginning they were prompt with all communications; they made a quick visit to estimate the size of the move and having had quotes from other companies full service van lines gave us the most competitive price. We had a very tight schedule and were stressed leading up to moving day. The foreman and his troop were fantastic, arrived right on time, straightway set to work and didn't stop until everything was loaded into the truck. We were impressed with the efficient way all our possessions were wrapped and loaded. Great service at a great price and we would gladly recommend them.

I just couldn't ask my friends to help me move again, so sucked it up and hired movers. I am so glad that I did!! They showed up at my storage unit and were incredibly nice to me and to my stuff! They had everything loaded quickly and, in spite of two flights of stairs, unloaded equally as fast. Everything made it in good shape. It was incredibly low stress and I really appreciated how nice and professional the guys were. I would definitely use full service van lines again and recommend them to friends.

Another satisfied customer! Really hard workers showed up and moved us before the scheduled time. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left our old place. The guys were friendly and focused on getting the job done. Everything went well. I can’t say enough good things about full service van lines. They are really good!

I've used full service van lines twice now. The first was for a smaller, furniture only move and the second was a larger, more complicated full pack, partial move and partial storage. The crew was incredibly nice, respectful, and efficient and seems to have a real understanding of how unsettling moving can be! Just awesome!

These guys were courteous, friendly and most importantly willing to give their best. Full service van lines were reasonably priced!! The onsite estimate was very precise and the packing and moving services were world class. They moved us without a single issue, without a single dent and within the estimated amount. Obviously recommended.

These guys are fantastic. Totally on time too! On the move day they got my large couch out the second floor window with no issues! On the way in they got my large table up through a window in the second floor - again no problems or issues! They are responsible, reasonable and seriously hard workers. Definitely use them!

Full service van lines = incredible service with a smile! Only with their help were we able to move most of 2 apartments (and 2 full-size couches) into 1 apartment, up 2 flights of stairs. They even offered to help arrange the furniture after everything was in. Friendly and professional, quick but careful! Highly recommended!
