It was a wonderful experience working with your staff. They all showed professionalism and a helpful attitude which attributed to me purchasing my vehicle. We were so pleased with all people who assisted us that we leased 2 cars. Each person we met was accomidating and professional. Our salesman, Andres, was a pleasure to deal with. John Shirley sensed that my wife was ill, and offered to help her. He handled the closing well and showed us the benifits os the added service programs. We elected to take the service policy. Greg Sherman was wonderful, in that he kept the negotiation easy, and without pressure. Rob McDonald periodically came over to assure that we werte being well serviced.

Everything was perfect. Love our salesman, Mark Retzkin. This is our second lease with your agency and with our salesman as well. Will come back again when lease is up for another car.

The whole experience was amazing, but I have to point out the great service provided by Ricardo Alonzo. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He knew everything about the car, helped us choose the interior and exterior color. Smooth transaction. Hope to deal with him again soon.

All staff members I came into contact with were courteous and responsive. We were at the dealership until approximately 7:15 p.m., an hour and fifteen minutes after closing. I did not get the sense that we were being rushed at anytime. Mr. Golbert Burton provided excellent customer service ans was willing to.discuss every counter-office wifh the General Manager. I am lovinh my new car!
